They say breaking up is hard to do. Moving on, however, is as easy as finding trouble on a Saturday night, as evidenced by Jason on The Hills this week. Not only is the guy over Lauren, but he's moving in with his new girlfriend. Sorry, did we say girlfriend? We meant fiancee. He's that over Lauren.
Lauren, on the other hand, despite her best efforts to stay collected, is absolutely flipping fantastic inside when Jason drops the "M" bomb. What this girl needs, besides a strong drink and some rebound action, is a good "I'm-going-to-be-alright-no-matter-what-because-I'm-a-strong-woman" anthem. And Amy Winehouse is just the girl to provide her with one.
Now, here's what you heard on the latest episode of The Hills:

Good Charlotte, "I Don't Wanna Be In Love (Dance Floor Anthem)"
Michelle Featherstone, "I Will Overcome"
