In a shocking confession that caused a seismic shift somewhere beneath the earth when millions of jaws hit the ground, The Hills' Heidi Montag told US Weekly a secret she'd kept under careful wraps (and by "wraps," we mean barely-there bikinis) for MONTHS: she actually DID have a boob job. The revelation landed her on the cover of the magazine's October 8 issue. Heidi herself's actually on the cover too, if you can see her head way back there. We're unsure if her channeling Pam could spur a barroom blitz between Spencer and Tommy Lee, but we do know we'd pay the cost of those Playboy-inspired implants to watch.
