These days, Foxy Brown is better known for her bad behavior than her bad ass rhymes. Most recent court appearance? Last week. Most recent album? 2001! Since she just started serving a year in jail -- and coolin' her heels in solitary for the next two to three months -- you'd think that would mean no music. You'd be wrong. Foxy has decided that now is the perfect time to reclaim her hip-hop crown.
If her new song, "Lights Go Out," is any indication of what we can expect from her upcoming album, Brooklyn's Don Diva, she's definitely off to a good start. But we sure hope she shot a video for it before being locked down in the slammer, because as far as we know she's not in that Filipino prison where inmates reenact "Thiller" videos for the enjoyment of the warden.
