Apparently Snoop, like Lupe Fiasco, also took a cue from Amy Winehouse: Snoop told MTV News that his decision to make his next album completely guest-free was partially inspired by Amy Winehouse’s Back to Black album — which features no guests — and by Rakim and KRS-One’s solo rap classics.
Snoop’s also taking a shot at all-in-the-family reality TV, a la the Osbournes — you can watch The Dogg Father live up to his name when his reality show, Dogg Father, premieres next month on E! The show, which chronicles Snoop’s home life, will finally give you your very own place at The Dogg Pound kitchen table.
