Tyga dropped three things today:
1.) His full-length debut album, Coconut Juice,
2.) … by TRL, and,
3.) a couple choices pieces of knowledge on ye ole' Buzzworthy blog when we caught up with him backstage before his Spankin' New Music Week appearance.
And in keeping with the themes of lists and threes, check out our three questions with Tyga:
Buzzworthy: You've guested on lots of artists' tracks. Who do you want to work with in the future?
Tyga: I'm looking forward to working with Pharrell. I just picked up the N.E.R.D. album, and I just met him for the first time the other day in Arizona at the "Glow in the Dark" show. And I'm looking to get on the Chris Brown tour in the fall.
BW: You've got ink for days. Do you have a favorite tat?
Tyga: They're all meaningful. I got the "Lord's Prayer" and the Gates of the Heaven. I just got doves on my shoulder. I want to start on my back. They all mean a lot, but… I gotta look… my favorite one is the Gym Class Heroes logo. It's animated and fun. That's one of my favorites.
BW: Speaking of Gym Class Heroes, there's been a lot of talk about the relationship between you and Travis. Some people say you're cousins, some people say you're not. Wanna clear those up? Where does the Nguyen/McCoy family tree look intertwine?
Tyga: "Travis? That's family, man. That's all you need to know. Don't gotta explain no more. That's family."
Fair enough. Check out Spankin' New Music Week photos -- of "the family" and more -- right here.
