Tokio Hotel & Jonas Brothers Fans: You Kids Play Nice, Or I Swear to God, You're Grounded!

Just wait 'til your father gets home! Seriously though, when we posted that fanboy post yesterday, it was so not intended to compare or pit Jonas Brothers and Tokio Hotel fans against each other. Quite the opposite actually. It was a lighthearted way of recognizing that fans of both bands have the power to band together and support the guys you love -- truly, it's the kind of passion that, these days, you only see directed toward Jesus, Barack Obama, and iPhones.

It's not about who's been around longer, or toured Europe, or sold the most albums, or has Miley Cyrus on their Buddy List (or who blocked her) or whatever. It's not about who's had sex, or who's got more hair "down there," or who's scene, or who pones hardest. It's about finding your favorite band's music meaningful and letting fans of other bands do the same without all that unnecessary Gossip Girl angst.

And now, we'll defer to "Liane," whose comment succinctly expresses our thoughts:

All of the Tokio Hotel fans and Jonas Brothers fans who are bashing each other should stop. Anyone is entitled to their own opinions, but that doesn't mean that they should start talking smack about the other band. Each of the bands have dedicated fans and their own style that makes them unique.

So no more bashing, y'all. (Leave that to The Hills!)
