Can Britney Nab a 2008 VMA Nom?

Will she show up? Will she win? Who knows? But we do know that it's looking more and more like Britney will lock in a 2008 VMA nomination for Best Female Video for "Piece of Me", which is weird, because we were positive Emmy Rossum was totally gonna kill the competition. (Did you SEE Poseidon??)
