Based on the fact that rappers are constantly changing their names, reinventing themselves, and branching out into other professions, we have to assume that most of them, at some point, are asking themselves the all-important existential question: Who am I? And it sounds like 50 Cent recently took a good, long look at his fine face in the mirror and came back with a shocking revelation: dude is the male Mary Kay... err, close enough, because 50 Cent is launching his own line of cosmetics... for men.
Needless to say, upon hearing the news, our minds immediately began spinning with guy grooming possibilities: Guyliner, Guy-scara, Guy blush (Gush?) Guy gloss (wait, that's just "gloss"), and/or whatever Justin Tranter and Jeffree Star endorse. And there's already nail polish just for guys.
But alas, seems like 50 is looking to keep things a bit more dude-esque. His new line is going to include things like boy moisturizers, manly night creams, and boyz-n-the-hood supplements. According to a source close to the rapper: "50 prides himself on having a ripped body... he's on a health kick and barely touches alcohol."
Ya-rly. So, with his new cosmetics line, his Vitamin Water collabo, his Pure 50 body spray, and now his beauty-for-dudes venture, it looks like Fiddy's fully committed to getting rich... or dying really really well moisturized.
