One of the easiest ways to fake an Australian accent is to say "oy" instead of "o" or "ou" and to pronounce "a" and "e" as if they were "i" or "u." For example, "The Veronicas" would be pronounced "Thih Vihroynikuhrs." If you don't believe me, I'm very excited to offer you the opportunity to ask The Veronicas yourself! Lisa (Leese) and Jessica (Jiss), who gave you "Untouched," "4Ever" and goosebumps with their cuteness, will be at your beck and call in just a few weeks. I'll ask them YOUR questions and report back with as much accent intact as I can manage. Maybe I'll even make you another video! So ask away! Need ideas? Read these ones:
1. Have the last two syllables of your last name, Origliasso, ever gotten you in trouble? Has the first?
2. What's the best line in Heathers?
3. What is an ankle-biter?
4. How much didgeridoo can we expect to hear on your next album?
5. Will you marry me, and if not, will you at least hold me?
Ask away! The Veronicas will answer!
