We talked a lot about her new album, Guilty Pleasure, and its mature new direction. And, being girls, we dished about other fun stuff like coffee blends, beauty musts, Jake Gyllenhaal, Simon Curtis (@simoncurtis Tweeted me just as I was going off to interview Ashley and asked me to say hi for him, so I did!), Boys Like Girls (Ashley's a huge Boys Like Girls fan), and Twilight.
