The JoBroChoco (That's Just the Way They) Shake
So nice, we named it twice! Christinexo and tigerchica, yippie skippy to you guys for demonstrating total OJD and Buzzworthy love and coming up with such a fun name. If you're ever in New York City, stop by Olana for the free shake that you both helped name!

JoBroChoco (That's Just the Way They) Shake
(Serves 3, obviously)
6 scoops chocolate ice cream (homemade or store-bought)
3 Tbsp dark chocolate fondue (*recipe below)
1 ½ cups milk
¼ cup brownies
½ cup whipped cream
2 Tbsp chocolate chips
Method: Combine the chocolate ice cream, fondue, milk, and brownies in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses and top with whipped cream and chocolate chips.
Chocolate fondue
2 ounces of heavy cream
3 ounces chopped dark chocolate
1 tsp sugar
Pinch salt
Method: Bring the heavy cream and sugar to a boil in a small saucepan. Pour the hot liquid over the chopped dark chocolate and salt. Whisk to combine. Check blood sugar!
