Please forgive the "me me me" moment, but this is for real seriously a me me me moment. I went to a taping of Late Night With Jimmy Fallon last night (awesome, obviously -- Justin Long, Tony Hawk, THE ROOTS!!!!, Nacho Figueras (who's hotter than the sun and, like the sun, should not be stared at directly lest you MELT) and after the show, I Twittered/ Tweeted/ whatevs Jimmy Fallon, who's a known and totally great Twitterer.

And... later that night, DUDE TWEETS ME BACK! Jimmy FALLON. Actually FACTUALLY FALLON TACTUALLY Twittered me. And, even better, he unsolicitedly said that he's excited to watch Andy Samberg on the MTV Movie Awards Sunday night. Here. READ IT YOURSELF:

@MTVBuzzworthy I'll be watching Samberg on Movie Awards Sunday night. Funny guy. A lot of watching for me this weekend.

Wait, lemme repeat that: "

As in ME. Can you EVEN? I freaking DIED. I'm dead. A curly haired, hyperventilating corpse is typing this. I can't figure out if my life is over or JUST BEGINNING.

Anyway, I wanna personally THANK THE MAKERS OF TWITTER for INVENTING a vehicle via which Jimmy Fallon HOLLARED AT ME. Dying. Did I mention DYING!?!? (Also, Jimmy Fallon was one of my first major TV crushes. After Zack Morris, of course.)

OK. Don't forget to watch the MTV Movie Awards Sunday night at 9PM! Jimmy Fallon will be watching too! I know because he TOLD ME! (DYING!)

PS: Did you know that Jimmy Fallon basically GOT Andy Samberg his job on Saturday Night Live? Truth!

If you had a sister as cute as Meg or Dia Frampton, you probably wouldn't complain about being mistaken for her. And so it goes for the musical sisters, who look so much alike that sometimes their own parents can't keep them straight! They're used to being mixed up and could care less, so don't be nervous about getting their names right ... if you ever get lucky enough to meet them in person.

Speaking of seeing them in person, Meg & Dia dropped by MTV with their band not too long ago, and we sat them down to answer a bunch of your questions! Thank you so much for keeping them general. If we had to ask an individual question of either Meg or Dia, we wouldn't have known who to look at!

Take a look at the sweet little Q+A below for a bit of celebrity advice, a lesson in songwriting and invaluable insight into which fan gifts Meg & Dia like the most. If you have a follow-up question, catch the girls on tour. They'll be out supporting here, here and here, all summer long!

+ Adam Lambert took the high road (sort of) in response to Clay Aiken's bitter blog rant about his performance on this season of American Idol. (PopCrunch)

+ On the "Lamchop" tip, looks like this year's American Idol runner-up could be the next frontman for Queen. (Prefix)

+ Mmm... if you're hurting for a smooth cover of No Doubt's "Don't Speak," Chrisette Michele has the perfect remedy for you. A beautiful rendition, indeed. (Neon Limelight)

+ Outspoken fashion queen/rapper Kanye West doesn't like books (or reading for that matter) -- which is why he wrote his own book and wants you to buy it now. (Reuters)

+ Friday LOLZ: In case you didn't see that hysterical vid of Katharine McPhee getting attacked by paparazzi and then promptly saved by an outspoken homeless woman, FunnyOrDie has released a spoof of said video. You MUST watch. (Seriously? OMG! WTF?)

Archiecuteness McCuteypants! David Archuleta wins the distinct honor of today's Buzzworthy Tweet Of The Day for his characteristically adorbs Tweet, complete with "haha" and everything!

Wow, everyone at the Laguardia airport is so friendly today haha.

Few things:
A.) Archie and I were like eight miles away from each other! Weep!

B.) I just wanna ride around the airport with Archie on one of those beeping cart thingies and maybe also take a ride on a luggage carousel (like Tiffany in "I Think We're Alone Now") and buy magazines together. Is that okay?

C.) David Archuleta + prom = cute overload for real.

The season finale of $5 Cover has finally arrived and it is a DOOZY. Not only is it the sexiest, most criminal episode ever, but it spotlights the chaotic love lives of Memphis's studliest leading men, Ben Nichols and Wally (aka Saki Manousakis).

Ben is the gravel-throated lead singer of Lucero, and he is the consummate bad boy. He's $5 Cover's Justin Bobby, if you will. Tattooed and unattainable, the Memphis heatmaker breaks hearts in every city he visits. Chief among those hearts is Clare Grant's, and it takes a serious beating in the season finale.

Wally is a floppy-haired sweetheart with a baby face and a magnetically easygoing disposition. Though he's clearly had his eye on Amy LaVere from day one, he's made the rounds among Memphis's smitten art set. In the season finale, an act of deviant heroism thrusts this creative videographer into the arms of his dream girl. It also gives him a chance to show off his kissing skills.

Watch the steamy season finale of $5 Cover, premiering tonight at midnight, and decide whether you'd rather shack up with bad boy Ben or puppy dog Wally!

Female folk-pop fans -- Mandy Moore, Yael Naim, Sara Bareilles, Ingrid Michaelson, Brandi Carlile (you know = "smart-girl songwriters") -- please assure me that the tremendously talented Amie Miriello is already on your radar. Yes? Good. Did we not tell you about her back in August, right before she released her album, I Came Around? Indeed we did.

So, Amie Miriello just released a brand-new video entitled... "Brand New," directed by Chris Berkenkamp, and it's an artful series of summer snapshots and memories wrapped around a hypnotically sensual chorus that'll make you yearn for a couple of reckless summer flings, no matter how dysfunctional. And yes, that is Nick Lachey.

(Oh yeah, and David Archuleta fans -- Amie's on Team Archie too since they toured together earlier this year. But you knew that.)

Amazing Baby is a tribe of Brooklyn weirdos on a hardcore vision quest. On their debut full-length, Rewild, the sonic explorers glam out in the far reaches of a dozen imagined mini universes, introducing mystical creatures ("The Narwhal"), gruesome danger ("Bayonets," "Deerripper") and fantastic real estate ("Invisible Palace"). In league with fellow Brooklyn heavyweights MGMT and Chairlift, Amazing Baby have been generating high-intensity buzz since the first sky-ripping growl of their neo-psychedelic revolution.

Amazing Baby's latest single, "Smoke Bros," is a cosmic boogie about starving cannibals that's half smirk, half snarl. The single's heady pomp and swagger is pure T.Rex, but its outer space guitar sounds and cynical edge are pure Brooklyn, 2009. Don't miss this new glam-rock (hey, aren't Tokio Hotel kinda glam...?) juggernaut.

Watch the mind-blowing video for "Headdress" below, to get a feel for the level of Arcade Fire intensity we're dealing with here, then download "Smoke Bros" for free on Amazing Baby's website.

Obviously you've been chugging the Gaga juice, but I hope to hell you've been following Wale (not just on Twitter -- he's @Wale -- but that's good too). The DC rapper/ producer/ mixtape master's got a serious Seinfeld problem (like, WAY worse than your Gossip Girl addiction) and go-go jones, and he's teaming up with Mark Ronson on his debut studio album Attention Deficit, out later this summer.

One of the first singles out the gate and straight into your brain: "Chillin'," and while the chick on the hook sounds a lot like M.I.A., it's actually Lady Gaga (who's VERY pissed, by the way, that you've already seen her "Paparazzi" video. Thanks a lot, PEREZ!).

The "Chillin'" video was shot in D.C., and the song samples the instantly recognizable 1969 song "Na Na Hey Hey Kiss Him Goodbye" by Steam (which was covered by the The Nylons in 1987).

Fabolous just released his latest video, "Throw It In The Bag," off his soon-to-be-released comeback album, Loso's Way. The "Throw It In The Bag" video features Fabolous and a foxy female with a flair for the five-fingered discount. Here are five fast facts you need to know about "Throw It In The Bag." (And shoplifting.)

1.) The lawbreaking female lead in "Throw It In The Bag" is model/ actress Claudia Jordan from Deal or No Deal -- she usually holds briefcase 1 -- and Celebrity Apprentice season 2.

2.) The-Dream sings the hook. Clearly. And he also appears in the video. (Side note: Is The-Dream to 2009 was T-Pain was to 2008?)

3.) The-Dream's girlfriend, Christian Milian, was on the set of the "Throw It In The Bag" shoot, as was Ryan Leslie.

4.) "Throw It In The Bag" was directed by Erik White, who also directed Keri Hilson's "Turnin' Me On" video and a handful of Chris Brown videos. But we won't hold that against him.

5.) "Throw It In The Bag" was shot in the Meatpacking District of New York City. In New York, if you get busted for shoplifting, you can get nailed with Petite Larceny and Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the Fifth Degree, which are both class "A" misdemeanors, punishable by up to one year in jail. (In the video, Fabolous' girl only appears to spend a few hours in jail and still leaves looking hot.) If the stolen goods retail for more than $1000 (and they probably were well over $1000 in the Meatpacking District), the charges can be Grand Larceny and Criminal Possession of Stolen Property In the Fourth Degree -- felonies punishable by up to four years in prison. Know that.
