Last night at the MTV Movie Awards, Miley Cyrus hit the red carpet in a dusty rose/ cream-colored Moschino Cheap & Chic cocktail dress with an open back and ruffle detail and a folded envelope neck. Shoes: Christian Louboutin -- her first time in Louboutins on the red carpet!
Now, while the Movie Awards are known as being a totally anything-goes event (right, Lil Mama?), Miley opted for a totally sophisticated style. The only hint of fun, "So what, I'm still a rock star"/ Whitesnake Miley was a few chain bracelets, her super smokey eyes, and her cool turquoise polish.
