If having your nails did by the adorama Keke Palmer AND playing mini golf with Turtle Jerry Ferrara doesn't constitute a great episode of It's On With Alexa Chung, then fix your face. And so, here's what Alexa wore today!

Tuesday, July 21
+ Dress: See by Chloe
+ Shoes: Chanel

Alexa's a big fan of Lover. Thoughts on their black-and-white "Graduation dress"? Here's another thought: It's on sale. Get it for $242.50 at LaGarconne.com.

Alexa went for a very fall/winter look today (though it was pretty chilly here in New York), but you can summer-ify (??) it for a black-and-white Alexa-inspired look with Forever 21's $19.80 tuxedo dress.

I'm also way into the white t-shirt paired with this black tube dress for a tuxedo dress effect. The black tube dress is $98 at Free People.

If you just can't commit to a full-on ruffled look, fake the funk with a super on-trend collar necklace. They're ubiquitous in black but, like the unicorn, totally elusive in white. Love this ruffle necklace by Vice & Vanity. It's about $74, and you can order it at TalullahTu.co.uk.

+ *Um, how about Joe Jackson being all crazy on Larry King Live, saying to those who accused him of beating Michael Jackson that "you know what this beat started -- beat started in the slavery days." WTF DOES THAT MEAN? I don't even know, but read on for more... (Bossip)

+ Britney ain't no joke, people. She has the most singles of any artist on the Billboard Mainstream Top 40 Chart for this decade. Girl may be a crazy Jew-in-training, but she's on top. (BritneySpears.com)

+ Kelly Clarkson announced fall dates for her All I Ever Wanted tour, which kicks off October 2nd in Connecticut. Will TOTES DEF be going to the show at Hammerstein Ballroom in NYC. It's ALL I EVER WANTED!! (KellyClarkson.com)

+ I think my head is about to pop off. In separate news, VH1 just announced they're bringing back their Divas Live franchise with four HUGE talents: Kelly Clarkson (duh), Leona Lewis, Adele, and Miley Cyrus. Oh. My. God. (VH1)

+ Tuesday LOLz courtesy of Lady Gaga (who else??): here she is in a Kermit the Frog outfit on German television. It just doesn't get any better than this. (PopCrunch)

+ In case you missed this duet between Cyndi Lauper and Lil' Kim (RUH?), here you go. Don't say we didn't warn you. (Popnography)

Enjoying hitting "play" over and over on Kid Cudi's new "Make Her Say" video, featuring Common and Kanye? (I'm in yr computer. Looking at yr history.) Yeah you are. Now watch Kid Cudi hold his own, with only the help of Lady Gaga on backup, a mic, and an Oriental rug -- which he employs every inch of -- and a rapt audience on the set of It's On With Alexa Chung. And because you're so committed, Cudi also throws in a little piece of "Day N' Nite" for good measure. That swagger is cranked up to 11.

Surely you know Keyboard Cat, yes? The late, great Fatso the cat -- owned by Charlie Schmidt (yes, Keyboard Cat was a REAL cat!) --  who skyrocketed to posthumous piano-playing fame when Brad O'Farrell created the "Play Him Off, Keyboard Clip" clip that you, Stephen Colbert, the 2009 MTV Movie Awards, and the rest of the meme-loving world know so well and love even more.

And then there's the Amazon Three Wolf Moon shirt -- a shirt so loaded with magic powers that it's hard to believe it's got only three wolves and just one moon on it.

Now, Keyboard Cat's fallen under the enchanted spell of Wolves' Moon, and where before there was just one Keyboard Cat, now there are three, in the form of the Three Keyboard Cat Moon t-shirt, available at Threadless.com.

The Three Keyboard Cat Moon tee was designed by Oxen -- artists Shawn Harris and Emilee Seymour, who've created band illustrations and websites for artists like The Matches. And while usually Threadless designs are voted on over seven days by the Threadless community before they can become actual, official t-shirts, the Three Keyboard Cat Moon (or 3KCM) made Threadless history when it received the highest score and most votes ever, shutting down the voting process early. (Kind of like how EVERY year on American Idol they say it's the CLOSEST VOTE EVER, except there was no competition, and this actually WAS the highest-scoring Threadless t-shirt ever.)

Threadless founder Jake Nickell weighed in on the Keyboard Cat/ Wolf mash-up and the company's controversial decision to end scoring early and rush it to print: "This design was submitted, and before we even noticed we saw it start to trend on Reddit. We put it up for scoring and it started gathering up 5's faster than we could ever imagine. Over just one weekend Three Keyboard Cat Moon accumulated more scores than any other design in 9 years of Threadless history and the highest average score to boot. We listened and put it up for sale immediately. This is the first time we've actually ended scoring early in favor of printing the design."

If you can handle two great memes in one great shirt -- and as a true-blue Keyboard Cat fan, I know I certainly can -- 3KCM can be yours for $20 on Threadless.com. Godspeed you, Keyboard Cat, the shirt!

We were raving about Thenewno2 back in January -- don't you love when people do that? Qualify their amount of into-a-band-ness by the length of time they've known about them? Great, because that's exactly what I'm doing right now -- and at first their mellow, lo-fi sound was part of the appeal.

Now, check out duo Dhani Harrison (yes, yes, the late George's son) and Oli Hecks' brand-new Adria Petty-directed video, "Yomp," off their new album, You Are Here. It hits a bit harder and more psychedelic and taps a White Stripes/ Queens Of The Stone Age vein while playing a moody and dark game of Dia de los Muertos dress-up.

The subject of my girl Jessica Simpson is not the most cheery for me right now... That said, this vintage TRL video temporarily sent me to a happy place. First off, Jessica's outfit will put a smile on your face; I had to hit pause just to savor the image. I mean... just watch it. The glittery pink eye shadow, the crimped hair, the leather pants... what a difference nine years makes.

Yes, it was a simpler time, a happier time, when Nick Lachey and Jessica Simpson were still together. While the duet of "Where You Are" from Jessica's 1999 debut, Sweet Kisses, showcases Jessica's fantastic voice (she also knows to turn her head before a belt, sparing Nick's eardrums), my happy moment was short-lived.

Why can't it just be like this again? Vanessa's gone; Tony's gone; John Mayer's gone (wait -- Mayer might not be gone; did you hear that rumor?), so couldn't Nick and Jessica offer each other the perfect comfort? So say her Tweets, Jessica's just sleeping with her mom and dogs and listening to Olivia Broadfield songs right now. Help her! Let the rumors of a reconciliation be true...

Watch the duet from the good ol' days below, intro-ed by a "lonely and untalented" Carson Daly.

More great and NOT cheesy or lame merch coming out of blink-182's camp this summer. blink's teaming up with more artists and offering a limited-edition t-shirt for every stop of their tour. Each blink t-shirt is limited to 182 shirts per stop.

Check out Vancouver's blink-182 tee, which is a mash-up of photographers Jered Martin and Lisa Johnson's skills. The result is instant vintage in the parlance of The Sex Pistols.

Get 'em at blink-182 shows, which are selling out with a quickness. And, can someone pick up a blink-182 bunny for me?

If you woke up today hoping to see Alexa Chung AND the hilarious Will Arnett (ever seen Will Arnett's Human Giant sex tape? Watch it here, but it's SUPER NSFW, obviously) in 3D glasses AND Ruby and the Rockits' Alexa Vega (remember her from Spy Kids?) challenge Alexa to Alexa Vs. Alexa, then today was your lucky day. And now, onto Alexa's SUPER Alexander Wang/ Vanessa Bruno ensemble. (Like how I said "ensemble," Mariah fans?)

+ Sweater: Acne
+ Leather skirt and t-shirt: Sophomore
+ Loafers: Russell & Bromley

Can we discuss the lush luxury of a leather mini skirt? Specifically this Lover leather mini? The pleats make it more fashion, less Fonzi. It's $670 at Net-a-Porter.com.

Or, more accessibly, Urban Outfitters' A-line leather skirt is just $58.

Listen to me: You NEED a slouchy, post-Grunge black cardigan. It's an all-year-long piece -- the thinner the better if you want to layer it, which you will -- and you'll wear it forever. Promise. This one's by Seneca Rising, and it's $146 at Otteny.com.

Finally, Alexa's black patent loafers (ZOMG! Kate Moss wears 'em too!) are by British brand Russell & Bromley, but fortunately there's no passport required to get your hands and feet on Marc By Marc Jacob's shiny black shoes. The ones below are $169 at Jildorshoes.com.

... Or go for a more '90s feel with these twin buckle patent Oxfords. They're $48 at Urban Outfitters.

You know you're in the presence of top-notch marketing when an "ad" not only absorbs you into its highly-produced, trippy video love-in, but the spot also gets away with omitting its brand name. Watching the new Coca-Cola segment -- part of the company's 2009 "Open Happiness" campaign -- I see big-name performers, I see fantastic production, I see a wacky-ass drug trip (whoops!), but I don't see "Coca-Cola" anywhere. Ah, the powers of branding...

Like Coke's legendary "Hilltop" commercial (watch it from last week's "Open Happiness" preview, if you're unfamiliar), this up-with-people number goes far beyond "jingle"; in this case, with producers Polow Da Don and Butch Walker (who co-wrote the "Open Happiness" track with Cee-Lo Green).

Yeah, it's all fun and "happiness" until Travis McCoy gets smacked in the face with a jump rope, isn't it?

OK, that's only one element of this 'toon-time craziness, directed by Alan Ferguson, which you should definitely watch below. Be prepared to follow a zebra-printed Cee-Lo down a yellow brick(ish) road, encountering a Newsie-clad reporter in the form of Panic at the Disco's Brendon Urie, along with Fall Out Boy's Patrick Stump. And last up is crazy-hip schoolteacher Janelle Monae, who gets down with her similarly-coiffed students after her lesson.
