Happy 20th birthdays, Bill and Tom Kaulitz, from the MTV Buzzworthy Blog -- the biggest Tokio Hotel fans here at MTV. Now you're ALMOST old enough to legally drink in America. (Wink!)

May you get new cars, leather pants, candies, polishing cloths to keep your new cars shiny, a trip to Miami, all the kajal pencils you can handle (I prefer Givenchy's!), never any sex without love too, the collector's edition DVD of The Notebook, a back-up Rolex, Pac-Man Dunks, an applause machine, a dog-walking hand thing, two birthday pizzas, and a Facebook birthday cake.

Happy birthday to the most beautiful twins since Mary-Kate and Ashley!

Lourdes just over a year old when Madonna went to the 1995 MTV VMAs, yet already Madonna had the stern scolding thing down to art. And that matronly voice of authority would come in handy at the VMAs that night, when she had to lay the smack down on (a possibly not-so-sober, if I may be so suggestive) Courtney Love, who completely and totally hijacked her VMA red carpet interview with Kurt Loder.

Watch this vintage VMA video -- it's long, but it's a great from the crate, and it's totally worth it to revel in Madonna and Courtney's bitter exchange, which ends in Madonna killing a dangerously bottomless Courtney with kindness. (Albeit that rare Madonna brand of bitchy kindness.) And to watch Courtney throw a powder compact into the interview pit. And to watch Courtney Love and Madonna's fashion turf war. And to watch Courtney Love's SUPER awkward exchange with Tabitha Soren. And to watch Courtney Love ramble on and on about Michael Stipe, ambulance drivers, astrophysics, and Birkenstocks. And to watch Courtney slither and writhe around on the ground. There's even a weird exchange about Alanis Morisette. Every time I watch it, I discover a new gem, though my favorite is "Courtney Love is in dire need of attention right now." And Madonna's inability to decide upon mock-British accent or Jersey Girl. (So she goes with both.)

Taste the faux sincerity. Enjoy the crazy.

+ Don't miss the 2009 VMAs live from Radio City Music Hall in New York City on Sunday, September 13 at 9pm!

Of course you want a piece of Christian Siriano. You do, I do, Tim Gunn does. And if you, like me, want some Christian Siriano, want to be taller, AND you don't want pay over $50 for the privilege, you're in luck, you with your overly specific needs.

The LOOOOONGawaited Christian Siriano for Payless collection finally hits stores next week, and it's ABOUT time, as I've been tortured by its slow descent into its Affordable Fashion Destination (also know as my closet) since the collaboration was announced back in December 2008.

First came the photos -- shoe porn! Then in May, I got a chance to actually TOUCH Christian's handiwork when Christian himself showed Buzzworthy his Fall 2009 collection at a loft in Soho, where where tall, leggy girls politely elbowed each other for a chance to inspect the shoes in person.

FINALLY, at long last, Christian Siriano for Payless will hit Payless stores on September 8. Obviously you should plan on getting ALL of the shoes and handbags, but if you only get one pair, I highly suggest your foot finds its way into Christian's "Slither" booties. They're a gorgeous, luminescent pair of teal, hieroglyphic-printed ankle boots with a hidden platform, stacked atop a cone heel -- a design homage to the Egyptian pyramids.

Best of all, while the Christian Siriano for Payless "Slither" boots are the priciest item on the menu of Christian's delectable delicacies, they're just $49.99. Can't handle the height? Check out the  $29.99 "Saunter" flat below.

+ Check out more images of shoes and handbags from the Christian Siriano for Payless collection after the jump. And get ready to RUN, not walk to your nearest Payless (or computer -- everything will be available on Payless.com), starting September 8th!

In the wake of DJ AM's tragic death, we were moved by this blog entry our friends at To Write Love On Her Arms posted. We reposted it below.

DJ AM's struggle with depression and unfortunate relapse after many years of sobriety demonstrates the delicate nature of addiction and the daily struggle that addicts face. We may never know why DJ AM spent his last hours alone. The message of To Write Love On Her Arms is a message of hope and of reaching out to people through the pain.

To Write Love On Her Arms is a non-profit movement dedicated to presenting hope and finding help for people struggling with depression, addiction, self-injury and suicide. TWLOHA exists to encourage, inform, inspire and also to invest directly into treatment and recovery.

Here's what they posted...

You are going to move through this.

More importantly, I love you. YOU ARE GOING TO MOVE THROUGH THIS.
Don't be defeated. Submit yourself to the process. You are growing. You are changing. You are doing LIFE.

I am not trying to make you feel better. This f++ing hurts, and there are no two ways around it. But I am trying to encourage you to not retreat. I can't remove the pain, but I am going to hold your hand while it hurts.

Continue to reach out. You need people right now.

I'm here for anything you need.

You are LOVED in ways you cannot imagine. In ways that don't depend on you. In ways that don't depend on your performance. In ways that cannot be lost. Remember Remember Remember.

Love you my friend.

In her brand-new MTV Buzzworthy "The 5" interview, Brooke White confounds us with a medical mystery... she's got a twitch that doesn't sound life- threatening, but in my semi-professional opinion, she should get an MD to take a look at that. Or at least administer an official diagnosis via Twitter.

Thankfully poor Brooke's poor guitar finger is at least on the the road to recovery. And along with discussions of mild medical conditions, the American Idol Season 7 contender (she shared a stage with David Cook and Lil Archuleta!) shares more about her new album, High Hopes & Heartbreak (not to be confused with 808s And Heartbreaks), which she released on her own label, with production by Randy Jackson,

While Brooke gives no mention of American Idol in her interview (she was the one who had never seen an R-rated movie, or something?), she does offer some interesting tidbits about the recording process, childhood musical memories, and a somewhat comical phobia.

Finally, Brooke plugs her latest single, "Radio Radio," and you should take her word on this: it's summery, folky,  and alt-country -- a little comfort in these hectic times.

After you retrieve all the pieces of your mind that exploded out of your head after seeing such a brain-meltingly hot photo of Boys Like Girls, take a deep breath, collect your thoughts and your s+++ in general, and send in your fan questions for Boys Like Girls in the comments of this post. They'll be here at MTV in New York City this Tuesday, September 1 -- that's exactly ONE WEEK before their sophomore album, Love Drunk, finally comes out -- to see what their MTV Buzzworthy Blog fans wanna know.

Ask away... Questions about hotness will be considered as they're considered inevitable.

It's a good year to be Kristinia DeBarge. (And not to toot our own air horn, but Buzzworthy hipped you to Kristinia DeBarge back in JUNE, which is like a million years ago in Internet time!)

Kristinia's debut single, "Goodbye," charted right out the gate. Her debut album, Exposed, sold immediately to reviews like "awesome" (LA Times), and People pondered whether Kristinia might be the next Rihanna. Fluorescently bright reviews were topped by the news she'd open for Britney Spears on her Circus Tour, followed by a live performance on It's On With Alexa Chung, and then came the news that she was nominated for a 2009 MTV VMA for Best Choreography. Going from relative unknown to Britney's Circus and VMA nominee is not a bad way to spend a summer.

Below, check out the tour diary Kristinia DeBarge just sent the MTV Buzzworthy Blog to see how she's handling her newfound fame, and to get a look beneath the big-top at Britney's Circus.

Hey guys!

Last night was my very first night on the Britney Spears show. After all these weeks of getting ready, it was really exciting to finally be in Hamilton, Ontario Canada for the first show! Everyone in my crew is so pumped to start the tour, and we'd been bubbling with energy the whole day :-)

Right before I went on stage, I met Britney for the first time. She was soooo sweet! She told me how much her babies love my song, and she was just so warm and friendly. I thanked her for the amazing opportunity she's given me by having me on tour with her. I still have to pinch myself to remind myself that I'm not dreaming!

The Used's fourth album, Artwork, hasn't even technically been released yet -- Artwork's official release date is August 31. But already momentum is building on an epic level. There's The Used's Twitter album listening party, which has gotten a fair amount of coverage, and Alternative Press turned the praise hose on The Used's "gross pop" album, calling Artwork "not only the definitive album of their career but arguably one of the best records you'll hear in 2009."

So how does it feel to receive so many accolades for an album that hasn't even come out yet? Don't ask me. Ask The Used.

The Used will be here at MTV in New York City on Thursday, September 3 to answer your Buzzworthy Blog fan questions. So leave your questions for The Used in the comments below.
