All-Time Low's Alex Gaskarth plays hot for teacher in this new video for his band's infectious sugar rush of a song, "Damned If I Do Ya (Damned If I Don't)." While the song itself documents a destructive relationship that makes Gaskarth feel like he's a chalk outline, All Time Low's video plays it all for laughs.
Gaskarth goes on a Jerry Springer/ Tyra Banks-style talk show expecting a makeover, but instead gets confronted with his illicit affair with Mrs. Inappropriately-Dressed-Moulder-Of-Young-Minds. There's some Yoko-Ono-style band drama, some throwing of potted plants; typical daytime trash-talk-show meltdown, all accompanied with hand-claps and whoah-oh-oh's.
It's not the first time Gaskarth has had problems with the ladies in his video; All Time Low's clip for "Weightless" placed him in a similar rock-and-hard-place type of position. It's hard out there for an emo-pop pimp.
