Bold, bright makeup looks -- like Lady Gaga's baby pink lipstick, the spring green eyeshadow Adam Lambert rocks on the cover of his For Your Entertainment album cover or the statement-making dramatic deep-dark makeup choices Rihanna makes -- are a fun way to play with color, especially as winter rolls in. But neon looks aren't always easy to achieve. So I called on Doe Deere (that's her above), who's a model, musician, and owner of makeup line Lime Crime.

Doe Deere's constructed an entire modern-day Rainbow Brite universe of unicorns, cupcakes, candy, and cats (not to mention science!) So she's just the perfect person to show you how to properly apply crazy-bright, highly pigmented fluorescent lipsticks and shadows to get the perfect Gaga/ Lambert/ Rihanna/ pick your popstar look.

The 2009 MTV Europe Music Awards are just around the corner. If you haven't booked your ticket to Berlin, well, you're probably screwed. But fortunately Buzzworthy's gonna give you a first-hand look at all of the international stars, performers and performances, and fan-picked awards on Thursday, November 5.

Here's what you need to know about the 2009 MTV Europe Music Awards in Berlin.

+ Katy Perry's hosting! Fun and fashion are expected... if not DEMANDED!

+ Rock royalty Foo Fighters and Green Day, hip-hop kingpin Jay-Z, the lycanthropic Shakira, and the gorgeous Leona Lewis will all perform too.

+ ... And Hometown heroes TOKIO HOTEL will perform! LIVE. Digest that.

+ U2 will hold a special musical performance in front of Berlin's Brandenburg Gate.

+ Pete Wentz will be hosting the online show with exclusive backstage access.

+ And THE JONAS BROTHERS AND BACKSTREET BOYS are presenting! It's like boy bands' greatest hits go to Germany!

+ More presenters include the darling Miranda Cosgrove, and the empirically bananas-hot Bar Refaeli, Joss Stone, and more.

It's like the VMAs but with a more impressive passport.

Stay tuned to the MTV Buzzworthy Blog for more 2009 EMA info, AND to stream the entire show as it happens, live in Berlin.

Feeling ready? Almost? Not quite? Vote for your favorite EMA nominees, watch Katy Perry battle Hans the creepy German puppet, check out this greatest hits video of EMAs past, featuring Justin Timberlake, Snoop, Wyclef Jean, Robbie Williams, Kylie Minogue and more, to see what you're in for, and watch Tokio Hotel perform "Automatic" live on MTV.

It's been quite a day, has it not? Cats held for ransom. Robert Pattinson showing up on people's underwear. Up is down, black is white.

Well, let's downshift a little here and end the week with a really good jam, shall we? We're big fans of La Roux on this side of the street: we talked to her about cooking and David Bowie, we showed you some really great MTV photos of her. She's already a fearless, refreshing, and inimitable style icon, she's going places, and we're going with her.

In her awes new video, "I'm Not Your Toy," La Roux turns her infectious, lovely electro-pop jam steampunk (check the Viewfinder), and throws in some Frankie Goes To Hollywood too. It's a blast. TGIF!

I love Twilight. You love Twilight. The votes have been counted: EVERYBODY LOVES TWILIGHT. But for serious, where do we draw the line?

Dressing up like characters? Sure, have at it. Rocking Team Edward or Team Jacob shirts? Why not? But, at a certain point, cooler heads have to prevail. Have we come to that point? Take a look at the latest piece of Twilight memorabilia and you tell me.

Behold: Robert Pattinson panties. For the woman who has everything... except for Robert Pattinson's icy, undead stare embroidered onto the front of her underwear.

Justin Bieber is in the building. Or actually, he is outside of the building. The setting for "One Less Lonely Girl" seems to be Main Street, USA (I don't know the zip code, sorry). And why not? Is this kid not the slice of apple pie cooling on the window sill of the American teen dream?

But he's not that innocent. In this clip, Bieber is serenading a lonely lady in one of the nicest looking laundromats I've ever seen. (There's no WAY this is a New York laundromat.) There's some lost-and-found action with a scarf that eventually leads to some young love. Your heart, it is warmed.

Well, this is absolutely ridiculous, unsettling and insane. Many people were disappointed by Miley Cyrus' decision to delete her Twitter account. While some may have understood her reason (she wanted to live in the moment rather than Tweeting about living in the moment), some may have still felt like they were being deprived of a frequently-updated look into the life of one of pop's biggest stars.

Now, one of those unhappy ex-@MILEYCYRUS followers has taken matters, and the life of a cat, into his own hands.

Behold the latest sign of the apocalypse: the Save Fuzzy movement.

Somewhere in this forsaken world a man has decided that if Miley Cyrus does not return to Twitter by November 16th, he will not only end his cat Fuzzy's life, he will also make his cat into meal. Fluffy's owner specifically states:

"I do not consider myself a cruel person and I do love my cat. Fuzzy will receive quick and swift death and I'll try to minimize his suffering. As a disclaimer I must say that most recipes require to behead or suffocate the cat and then rapidly pluck and dress it. Unfortunately I have no experience with that so I really hope I won't hurt Fuzzy too much... but I'm sure eventually everything will be okay! As soon as the meal is prepared and eaten, I will update the Pictures section with photos of the resulting meal, as well as some notes and impressions from someone who had his first cat-based meal in life."

Read that a couple of times to let it sink in.

The moral, ethical and sanity questions are legion here. Should Miley Cyrus be bullied into social networking by someone willing to kill their cat for someone else's killed-off Twitter account? Should this person even be allowed to OWN a cat? And WHERE is PETA when you NEED them?

Sadly, we will be keeping an eye on this developing situation. If you need more of Fuzzy's possibly tragic tale, follow the fiasco on Twitter at @mileysavefuzzy. And Miley, SAVE THIS CAT!

And now, we interrupt our regularly scheduled blogging for a moment of grace; of maturity; of class.

Behold, Beavis & Butt-Head in Bungholio: Lord Of The Harvest, dumbass.

In this episode of MTV's most intellectually provocative, sophisticated cartoon series ever, both Beavis and Butt-Head make their way through a Halloween night, overdoing it on candy, turning into sugar-fueled maniacs, and generally causing panic on their suburban streets and in their own central nervous systems. Enjoy this blast from MTV's past and remember, don't ever do what they do, mkaaay?

Britney JUST dropped her brand-new video, "3," and it's like she went to the sexy Olympics and took home the gold medal. Thanks, Brit, for skipping the sexy-cute dress-up antics of your  "If U Seek Amy" and "Womanizer" videos and going back to your dance roots in your hottest video since "I'm A Slave 4 U."

Watch Britney's "3" video, directed by Diane Martel, now.

In this MTV News interview with Demi Lovato, Demi recounts the moment in history when the now-solo but not-broken-up Nick Jonas first told her that his rhymes were so fly and his jeans were so tight and that he wanted her to sing the hook on the Jonas Brothers'  rap parody "Bounce." (Not to be confused with The Cab's "Bounce.")

But there's something far more urgent that needs to be discussed here: it looks like Demi's copped the super deluxe version of The Fame: Monster! No, Demi is not rocking one of Lady Gaga's blond locks (yet), but Lovato is GOING HARD in one of those sparkling hoodie things (a staple of Gaga's look). And Demi went ultra metallic at the 2009 Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards and at the UK premiere of Hannah Montana: The Movie. And this past week, Demi Lovato showed up to Disney's 2nd Annual Concert For Hope in a gold-and-black metallic top that hearkened back to Lady Gaga's VMA red carpet dress. (Minus the neck brace.)

The Demi interview took place on the set of her "Remember December" video. I'll be rather curious to see if that clip features any walker and crutches-aided choreography.

This week we found out how the Tokio twins dealt with school sucking and what Bill Kaulitz smells like. But I still had unanswered questions! I wanted to arrive at the intersection of Tokio Hotel and philosophy. And I was curious as to whether Tokio Hotel lived by any official motto or creed, like "Be awesome" or "Stay gold, Billy boy." So I asked them.

Turns out, no. Tokio Hotel makes the rules up as they go along, and the only rules are there are no rules. Well, that's basically what they said. More accurately, Bill and Tom Kaulitz, who are really good at giving advice, don't like getting advice. But what they do like is a little break. And a little nap near the ocean.

Check out part five of Buzzworthy's Tokio Hotel interview, and stay tuned to watch Tokio Hotel answer your Buzzworthy fan questions!
