This video for Kings of Convenience's "Boat Behind" is downright charming; a little bit Volkswagen commercial, a little bit French New Wave travelogue, all Icelandic chamber pop charm.

"Boat Behind" is pulled from the Kings' recent Declaration of Dependence album (released last month). The clip, directed by Francois Nemeta, features Erlend Øye and Eirik Glambek Bøe puttering around the countryside, getting lost, pulling k-turns, picking up beautiful hitchhikers and, most adorably, singing along to their song on the radio. Hop on in.

Look at Mitchel Musso rocking the year-end-trend: ALL BLACK EVERYTHING (at least according to Jay-Z and Rihanna). Down to his headphones, the Hannah Montana-co-star/singing sensation is doing it real dark. Save the moccasins (one must sometimes make concessions to comfort, you know).

It's a look quite in contrast to the Disney star's teeny-bop-goes-Cheap-Trick sound (which can be found on his self-titled debut, released this past June).

Check out these exclusive shots of Musso, playing with his headphones, making random hand gestures and generally keeping it cute.

Sharing impeccable, if idiosyncratic dress sense and a penchant for self-involvement, Kanye West and Jared Leto have found kindred spirits in one another. Begging the question, why not collaborate? To which we answer, "Ok! Here is a six-minute epic jam sesh between 30 Seconds To Mars and Kanye West. You're welcome!"

"Hurricane" is a behemoth. I guess if you're going to go and name a song "Hurricane" you might as well go all in and make a long, digital-glitch, goth epic with swaths of strings, keys and a heaping dollop of AUTO-TUNE.

Yeah, that's where Kanyeezy comes in, singing about heartbreak through a computer. All in all, it's an interesting combination of sensibilities; the widescreen emo of 3STM and the widescreen hip-hop/soul of West. "Hurricane" is from 30 Seconds To Mars' long-awaited This Is War, due out December 8th.

Janet Jackson's new video for her single "Make Me" is one part love-letter to her late brother, Michael, and one part return to the highly choreographed, dance-friendly fun of some of her early material.

The clip, directed by Robert Hales, features some of Janet's most inspired dancing since her Rhythm Nation days. And the Jam & Lewis-style production (the track was co-written with acclaimed producer Rodney "Darkchild" Jerkins) helps make the song an upbeat return to form.

With his umpteenth album, Malice, locked, loaded and in the chamber, ready for a December 8th release, Snoop Dogg allows himself to re-introduce himself (to borrow and mangle a line from Jay-Z) with "I Wanna Rock."

Featuring the briefest of brief Jamie Foxx cameos, a Rob Base & DJ EZ Rock sample ("right about now..." from the duo's classic "It Takes Two"), some dance-off action and plenty of kids having a blast and screaming his name, this Erik Peyton-directed clip presents a kinder, gentler Dogg Father.

Whoa, kinder, gentler 50 Cent alert! Far be it from me to make such proclamations, but it would seem, based on this episode of "The 5," that Curtis is, dare we say it (we dare!), getting softer with age?

In honor of Spankin' New Music Week, and in recognition of his new album, Before I Self Destruct, we sat down with 50 Cent to talk about the new LP and its connection to his first album, Get Rich...Or Die Trying.

50 Cent also goes on to talk about the get-together-then-break-up relationship arc across his two singles, "Baby By Me," and "Do You Think About Me."

Check out the thoughtful, sensitive, and reserved 50 Cent (who knew!?) in this episode of "The 5."

It's Spankin' New Music Week, and today's the love is all Shakira's. Check out this gorgeous live performance of "Gypsy," off of Shakira's brand-new album, She Wolf.

Shot during Shakira's recent appearance on MTV's It's On With Alexa Chung, this exclusive performance of "Gypsy" sets aside Shakira's "She Wolf"/ "Did It Again" sex goddess side and focuses on Shakira as living-room-floor storyteller and musician, complete with Shakira herself on harmonica, flanked by bongos and a banjo.

Usually when we post a video of Shakira these days, it involves the Colombian singer in a state of choreographed writhing, be it in her "She Wolf" video, or her "Did It Again" video. So it's nice to see a video with just some writhing-free chatting going on, for once, because it's easier to concentrate, you see...

As part of Spankin' New Music Week, we sat down with Shakira for a very informative episode of "The 5,"  which finds her going into great depth on the themes surrounding her just-released album, She Wolf.

Shakira talks about the album as an examination of various modes of female identity. She also gives some insight into the special recipe she follows to blend together all the disparate forms of music that find their way on to the album (from Jamaican dancehall to electronic to the music of her native Colombia), as well as the special roster of artists she collaborated with, including Wyclef "Hips Don't Lie" Jean and Lil' Wayne.

I've got good news and bad news. Bad news first: these are the last of Tokio Hotel's MTV Buzzworthy Blog fan interviews. The good news? You get TWO new videos!

In the first (of the last... for now!) Tokio Hotel Buzzworthy Blog fan Q&A videos, Tokio Hotel discusses their lack of enthusiasm for YouTube as well as their disinterest in re-watching Tokio Hotel performances. Plus, to coincide with Adam Lambert's Bill Kaulitz crush, the guys talk about Tokio Hotel's fan boys.

And, in this last Tokio Hotel Buzzworthy Blog fan Q&A, Tom talks about his blog, Bill talks about his acting aspirations -- he'd love to do Twilight, but a vampire or a junkie will do too -- hence my suggestion that Bill Kaulitz star in a remake of Christiane F. - Wir Kinder vom Bahnhof Zoo (again, sorry for my atrocious German!) -- Tom shouts out the movies he'd like to act in, and Bill summarizes the early days before Tokio Hotel: "I can't remember my life before Tokio Hotel."
