Elle magazine divided its January 2010 covers between Britney Spears (happy birthday, BTW!) holding her sons, and an absolutely smoldering Lady Gaga, who's featured in a low-drama -- relative to her "Bad Romance" video and her piano of fire at the AMAs -- high-fashion spread inside.

Check out Elle.com for Lady Gaga's views on marriage, her confession that she does want children someday (little Gagas running around in Alexander McQueen heels!), and insight into her past life as a waitress.
