Combining the aesthetic of Bob Dylan's "Subterranean Homesick Blues" (but not the way Vampire Weekend did on "Cousins") and Post Secret (but not the way All-American Rejects did on "Dirty Little Secret") Never Shout Never's new video for "What Is Love?" (taken from the self-titled EP just released this month) is pretty darn snazzy.
Featuring a series of tracking shots tracking NSN's Christofer Drew and assorted other folks sitting in a sun-dappled park, the "What Is Love?" video shows what these lovestruck citizens are really thinking.
According to Drew's MySpace blog, the clip was shot in Connecticut by director Isaac Ravishankara, and took less than an hour to film. Very impressive!
