East Coasters, look out your window. Sucks, right!? Well, here's something to transport you to a more tropical state-of-mind. All you nice-weather-having folks can enjoy it too, even though I'm jealous of you and your stupid sunshine.

Here we have a new track of undetermined origin (or eventual album destination) by Swedish pop legend Robyn. Though she is usually known for her razor-sharp, electro-infused, dance-floor anthems, "No Hassle" is something of a sandy siesta from the Scandinavian singer.

The reggae lover's rock beat of "No Hassle" comes courtesy of Diplo, of Major Lazer/M.I.A. fame. Robyn gets into the mood, toasting, "I still run this thing like a dancehall queen/I really don't want no hassle." True that!

It's a welcome return from the "Konichiwa Bitches" singer, who hasn't released an official album since her 2005 self-titled full-length—and it's a welcome return of poppy sunshine to some of our snow-banked lives.

We promised you more Motion City Soundtrack and we weren't fooling. Yesterday we gave you a sneak peek of the MCS track, "Disappear," taped earlier this month at the The Fillmore New York at Irving Plaza.

Tomorrow, Thursday, February 18, we'll reveal the entire show, which includes several Motion City Soundtrack live cuts, plus performances by The Swellers, This Providence, Set Your Goals and backstage interviews with all the bands. Oh, did we mention we'll have photos of the entire event, too?

To further whet your appetite, here's a taste of the MCS classic cut "The Future Freaks Me Out" and a clip of frontman Justin Pierre discussing his constant pre-show jitters. The singer says, "Directly before the show I panic," but after all these years it's finally, "getting better." You surely can't tell when he hits the stage. More tomorrow.

If you were going to cover Beyonce's "Sweet Dreams," how would you do it? Would you: 1.) Use a similar arrangement because there's no beating perfection, 2.) chock it full of auto-tune and techno beats because if you can't top Beyonce's vocal, you might as well be distinctive, or 3.) keep it mellow and groovy by breaking out the acoustic guitar and conga drum.

The folks at OurStage are holding a "Sweet Dreams" cover contest and the winning artist gets a weekend trip to Vegas—where Beyonce just happened to film her recent concert video "I Am Yours...". New Jersey's identical-twin duo HelenMaria are currently in second place, having opted for door number 3 and, dare we say, kind of showed up Sasha Fierce a scoch. You can head over to OurStage to see who's number one and vote for your favorite. Of course, if you enter, we want to know about it. Drop a link to your video in the comments.

"The lion fell in love with the lamb." It's a quote we all know and love from Twilight, a movie we all know and love. However, "the lion fell in love with the lamb... but the lamb was kinda bummed to find that the lion, her love, wound up being A BODY PILLOW," doesn't quite have the same doomed, romantic ring to it, does it?

Author Stephenie Meyer might not've seen it coming, but Twilight-themed body pillows seem to be all the cuddling rage amongst spoon-happy Twi-hards. According to Etsy, where the pillows are retailing for only $15, this amazing new development in vampire faux-companionship is known as a Manllow—half man, half pillow.

Here's a few choice nuggets from the product description: "Edward Cullen is finally here to be with you and only you. Sleep with him, cuddle with him, use him as a neck rest, the Edward Manllow is there to be your man and pillow all in one"

It's funny how life imitates art. It's even funnier how life imitates 30 Rock, isn't it?

We all knew it was bound to occur sometime and at 7 PM on Tuesday, February 16, it finally did: Pete Wentz lost his marbles. It happened last night when the former Fall Out Boy bassist premiered his latest line of fashions for Clandestine Industries during New York Fashion Week. Instead of walking the runway after the show's completion and giving a gracious bow like most sane designers do, Wentz decided to cart out his crazy—literally.

Apparently, Pete warned his fans and fashion onlookers that the show was going to be more of a spectacle than a straight-up clothing explosion, but that didn't prepare the crowd for the homage to Hannibal Lecter. Despite the hushed gasps of the audience, Wentz's enthusiasm for the show couldn't be curbed. Pete even tweeted later, "Its gonna get crazier. I don't care what people think anymore." Looks like someone's been hanging out with John Mayer too much. Oh, in case you're interested in what's new in the cotton world of Clandestine, here are a couple looks from last night's show after the jump! Read more...

When it comes to Chris Brown, you think you know—but you have no idea. Thankfully, Pretty Boy stopped by the MTV studios recently and cleared the air in a little platform we have called "The 5."

In this episode of "The 5," Chris Brown explains the inspiration behind his latest album Graffiti, how he's trading in his classic cardigans for something a little more couture, and his posi-core message for the future. Plus, hear how Orlando became his home away from home. (Sorry, Atlanta. Try not to get too jealous!) And, finally, Chris reveals why this album is his most personal yet.

Check out the MTV Buzzworthy interview with Chris Brown and watch his "Crawl" video below.

+ We know about Lady Gaga's fabulous entrance to the annual Brit Awards, but what happened next? Gaga cleaned up, that's what. Lady Gaga won awards for Best International Artist, Best International Breakthrough Act and Best International Album for The Fame. She also performed a heartfelt, torch-song version of "Telephone" and a fabulous take on "Dance In The Dark," dedicating her live turn to her beloved and recently deceased friend, designer Alexander McQueen. (PopEater)

+ After 108,000 fans turned out at his gargantuan new Cowboy Stadium in Dallas, Texas, for the NBA All-Star game, Cowboys owner Jerry Jones got himself a little idea: He wants Jay-Z and Eminem to play the enormous arena, spitting bars underneath the venue's ridiculous 160-foot-wide, hi-def screen. It would be pretty incredible to see the two do their duet, "Renegades," in that kind of setting. (MTV News)

+ In news that's sure to make certain people feverish with Ghostbusters Proton Pack streams of excitement, Adam Lambert watched Ke$ha give an impromptu, drunken (shocker) perform of "Tik Tok" and her new single "Blah Blah Blah" at the New York City nightspot, Club 57. Lambert took in the trashiness with Milk scribe Dustin Lance Black. (E! Online)

+ And just as I was hoping "The Catalano" hairstyle would be making a comeback! Check out famed celeb photographer Terry Richardson giving 30 Seconds To Mars frontman Jared Leto a haircut. Comes out rather faux-hawkish, no? Well, that's what you get when you don't go to a licensed, properly schooled barber, man! (Oh No They Didn't!)

+ To top off our Buzz Bites, we can't do any better than this: Kanye West galfriend and Buzzworthy object of obsession, Amber Rose, backing that thing up on Project Runway mini-diva Christian Siriano. Ah, you've gotta love New York Fashion Week. (Crunk + Disorderly)

Just two weeks ago, Buzzworthy faves Motion City Soundtrack came to the Big Apple to play a gig at The Fillmore New York at Irving Plaza, and we shot the entire show -- which also featured performances by The Swellers, This Providence and Lady Gaga lovers, Set Your Goals. We hung out with the bands before and after the show, talked to fans and were embedded deep within camp MCS.

We'll be dropping the full concert -- featuring performances by all the bands and backstage footage -- on Thursday, February 18, but in the meantime we thought we'd give you a sneak peek at Motion City Soundtrack's live performance of "Disappear." Tune in tomorrow for more footage from the show and then again on Thursday for the whole set. It's a weighty meal, trust us!

Solid Gold make intoxicating indie-electro that, perhaps unintentionally, pays tribute to their hometown's hero, Prince. Just take "Matter of Time," their new single on Green Label Sound. It's a slinky, sexy, sophisticated mix of indie, electro and soul; like if the Purple One fronted Death Cab For Cutie.

The video for "Matter of Time" is equally alluring; taking place in a subdued den of cool, the band--made up of Zach Coulter, Matthew Locher and Adam Hurlburt--rock hater-blocker shades and move slowly around girls writhing in bathtubs, girls dancing under flashing lights, and girls vying for their attention on staircases.

What's the fuss all about? Well, they are rather stylish (check out signature Keds designed by SG member Matt Locher), and the video has the feeling of last night's party photos being acted out in front of your eyes.

"Matter Of Time" is available via Green Label Sound. Solid Gold's Synchronize EP is out now and you can catch them next month at the South By Southwest conference in Austin (if you happen to be there). Check out the video below.

The Brit Awards are tonight (no, they're not the Britney Spears awards, though that'd rule -- the Brit Awards are sort of like Britain's GRAMMYs), and no music awards are complete without Lady Gaga showing up wearing something heretofore completely inconceivable. Like an all-white three-tired floor-length gown that looks like a cross between a wedding cake, a Christmas tree angel, and a ruffled collar from the Jacobean era. And a sky-high Lady Bunny blonde wig. Gaga's Brit Awards performance was originally going to be another one of her trademarked highly theatrical live stage shows. However, in the wake of Alexander McQueen's death last week, Gaga apparently toned down the performance substantially. Instead she'll pay a somber tribute to the late fashion designer.

Still, Fashion Week may be going on here in New York, but every day is a fashion show when Gaga dresses up.
