Video Premiere: Never Shout Never, 'Can't Stand It'

After taking a look behind the scenes, checking out some great photos from the set and teasing ourselves with a 30-second sneak peek, we're finally ready to unveil "Can't Stand It," the new video from Never Shout Never.

Directed by Isaac Ravishankara, the video follows NSN main man Christofer Drew as he navigates through love and fame while wearing a variety of different hats. I don't mean "hats," as in "he performs a lot of different roles." I mean hats hats. ... News-boy hats, top hats, and so on ...

As mentioned in the behind-the-scenes footage, Drew and Ravishankara used Bob Dylan's Don't Look Back and The Beatles' A Hard Day's Night as visual reference points. These homages are most detectable when video showcases Drew in various states of celeb malaise (à la Dylan) or as the object of screaming affection from hordes of fans (à la The Beatles).

The clip has a charmingly lo-fi, homemade feel to it, which definitely complements the simple, easygoing feeling of the song. Ah, bliss.
