When Adam Lambert isn’t busy hanging out with Boy George or making out with Ke$ha, he’s doing what he does best — performing.

It wasn’t so long ago that Glambert visited the VH1 studios and delivered a stripped-down “Unplugged” performance of songs like “Mad World,” originally recorded by Tears For Fears, and “Music Again,” off Adam’s album For Your Entertainment. He even took the time to explain the inspiration behind his newest single, “Whataya Want From Me,” as seen in the video below.

Plus, in case you were wondering, that is former Yellowcard drummer Longineu W. Parsons III banging the skins. I know, I know … You can sleep much easier tonight knowing that tidbit of information.
