When guitarist Ryan Ross and bassist Jon Walker parted ways with Panic! At The Disco last year, fans cried, banks closed and flags waved at half-mast. Okay, that's not entirely true, but fans were definitely shocked and bummed -- but not for long, especially when Ross and Walker announced they would soldier on with a new musical project called The Young Veins.
Although the band's debut album won't be released until June, fans can hear what to expect from the retro rock group by listening to the song "Change," which is being offered as a free download today on the band's official Web site. (That's free as in ... "for no money!")
