It's been a minute since we've seen this dynamic duo hanging out. Miley's been busy in her birdcage, and Mandy's been keeping it sandy with The Beach Girl5. The two got a supercasual lunch at Katsuya in Hollywood, where Miley must have ordered the entire menu to go because that's the only thing that would explain the immense size of her purse.
