As one of the video vixens in Ludacris' new video "Sex Room," coos ... "Dios mio." I agree, boo. It's gotten hot in here.

Taken from his album Battle of the Sexes, which takes a decidedly "pro" stance on sex, "Sex Room" is about the special love between a man and a woman as well as a couple of other women. And you know, wherever there is sex, you will find its inventor: Trey Songz.

This sinful video is set in Sin City, where Ludacris and Trey enjoy an evening of playing poker. There's even a cameo from poker legend Phil Hellmuth, though I seriously wonder if he was aware that he was appearing in a video for a song called "Sex Room."

Things get all red light district when Luda and Trey meet four nice ladies at the bar. Next thing you know it's all hot tubs, revolving beds, shower scenes and Trey Songz singing in girls' faces (it would be awesome if he were singing, "Do you know that thing we are about to do? I invented it!" But I doubt that was the case).

Rihanna's Rated R may not have delivered an anthem on the level of "Umbrella" or a ballad as delicate as "Take A Bow." But what it has done is given us a completely brave, brash new artist who's clearly unafraid to  express herself exactly as she sees fit.

Take Rihanna's new video for "Rockstar 101." It's unlikely that it will catch on like, say, "Disturbia." But the "Rockstar 101" video shows us a brazenly creative, adventurous Rihanna throwing caution (and clothing) to the wind.

Shot in stark black and white, featuring Slash and Travis Barker, "Rockstar" is a continuation of the themes suggested in Rihanna's other Rated R videos such as "Hard" and "Rude Boy. It's full of eff-it attitude -- the lyric "got my middle finger up, I don't really give a f***" makes that clear -- overt sexuality (helllooooo, nurse bondage pants!), and a willingness to take artistic chances, as demonstrated by headgear that looks like "The Predator." Directed by the very talented Melina Matsoukas, who directed Beyonce's "Why Don't You Love Me?" video, the "Rockstar 101" video makes nods to the edgy fetishism of Nine Inch Nails as well as the high-contrast work of Herb Ritts (who lensed Janet Jackson's "Love Will Never Do").

"Rockstar 101" might be about Rihanna's take-it-or-leave-it persona, but the video actually proves her point. She's not playing be anybody else's rules anymore.

Board wax, hard-core SPF sunscreen, maybe some new flip-flops and the new Jack Johnson album, To The Sea, should all be on your summer shopping list. To The Sea, Jack Johnson's sixth album, features hypnotically pensive acoustic-guitar-driven beachside songs that surrender to sun, sand and solitude. To The Sea also reflects a change of tide and season in Jack Johnson's life as he embraces his role as a father of three.

To The Sea features guest spots by G. Love and Paula Fuga and was recorded at Jack Johnson's Mango Tree Studio in Hawaii and Solar Powered Plastic Plant in L.A. using 100 percent solar power. Johnson allocated 100 percent of his 2008 tour profits to establish the Johnson Ohana Charitable Foundation, which supports environmental, art and music education. Given Jack Johnson's penchant for recycling and reducing your carbon footprint, we're confident Jack Johnson would want you to listen to his new album online. To The Sea isn't out until June 1, but you can stream the entire album for free on MTV.com's "The Leak."

Rihanna once sang, "I hate that I love you." The screaming boys of Nashville five-piece Framing Hanley are apparently quite familiar with that sentiment. It's fair to say that for the purposes of the group's "You Stupid Girl" track, these cats are dealing with some conflicting emotions!

Taken from the new album, A Promise To Burn, out today, "You Stupid Girl" is about a lady friend who poses a hazard to the narrator's mental health.  The video takes the situation a little further, as we follow a dude who thinks he's got a hot date with a nice-looking woman. Being emo and considerate, he brings her some wine. And what does she do? Doses it!

Now if this guy were smart, he'd pull the ol' "Princess Bride" move and make her drink his wine, but he's not smart. Anybody who buys a bottle of wine called "Kiss of Death" isn't dealing with a complete set, you know?

Don't worry, the villain of our story gets her just desserts. You'll have to watch Framing Hanley's "Stupid Girl" video to see what I mean.

+ Demi Lovato and Joe Jonas (aka Joevato!) have called it quits. Literally. Rumor has it Joe pulled the plug over the phone. This won't make that summer tour awkward at all! (PopEater)

+ If you happen to believe that you can be cryogenically frozen after your death and brought back to life in the future, perhaps you will also believe the rumor that Britney Spears has become "obsessed" with the process and is looking to do exactly that once she leaves this mortal coil. (NME)

+ A lonely, possibly hitchhiking Eminem, walking down an empty highway is the image gracing Slim Shady's upcoming album, Recovery. (MTV News)

+ Christina Aguilera has canceled her summer tour. (JustJared)

+ Keri Hilson and Ciara are not beefing. With that out of the way, let's watch a video by each of them, below! (Idolator)

Man, all that touring has really taken its toll on Lady Gaga! Here we have our favorite "Telephone" operator in the back of what is, no doubt, a plush automobile. She's either gone hysterically gray from stress and work or taken a cue from Kelis and dyed her hair gray. She's also looking rather ladylike, sipping her tea.

This pic is outstanding for two reasons. 1) If you ever wondered what Old Lady Gaga would look like, now you know and 2) This woman is such a boss, she rocks a saucer for her teacup, while she's in a car. Bow down to the queen, people.

+ UPDATE: Watch the video here!

You know what's always a good look in the summertime? Ray-Ban Wayfarers. You know what's an even better look? Wayfarers with powdered wigs. It's very "Summer of '69" meets summer of (17)'76 meets Colonial Williamsburg meets hipster Williamsburg (aka Hipster French Quarter). It's a look not done enough, IMO. Thankfully Vampire Weekend puts an end to that nagging lack of mainstream Continental Congress chic in this sneak peek of its new video, "Holiday," off the group's latest album, Contra.

Watch a sneak peek of Vampire Weekend's "Holiday" video, and stay tuned for the premiere Thursday, May 27, on MTV and MTV.com.

As a public service, we thought you'd bring you these exclusive live clips of Cobra Starship rocking Kent State University, home of the Golden Flashes.

Cobra Starship's been on the road for the last few weeks, along with its like-minded amigos 3OH!3 and Travie McCoy, performing on the Too Fast For Love tour. And in these performance videos fresh off the tour, we get to see Gabe Saporta and his squad run through two crowd faves: "Good Girls Go Bad" and "Hot Mess."

Two immediate reads on these Cobra clips: 1.) Live, Cobra spit some kind of rocking venom; as they develop as a band they might be getting shinier and more pop, but they can still throw down live. 2) These songs are obviously anthems for those in attendance, as the sea of Kent Staters really seem to lose themselves in the moment.

Check out "Hot Mess" and "Good Girls Go Bad" from the Too Fast For Love tour.

Just when you thought it was enough to sleep and breathe Lady Gaga, now you can eat her too. Errr ... sorta.

While browsing our beloved cupcake blog, Cupcakes Take The Cake, we stumbled upon (in our Alexander McQueen jewel-encrusted armadillo heels, no less) the above "Bad Romance"-inspired confections, courtesy of the "cupcake gurl" at Bake Happy. We imagine these would go well with Lady Gaga cookies.

We're dying -- and kinda hungry!

Hold on to your half gloves, monsters, because we just got word that a book dedicated to Lady Gaga's stranglehold on outrageous fashion is slated to hit stores -- and runways -- September 14.

The book, which is called "Lady Gaga: Critical Mass," will feature 120 full-color photographs of Gaga's best outfits, in addition to running commentary by New York magazine scribe Lizzy Goodman.

Now, we've yet to sneak a peek at the pages, but if I were a betting woman, I'd say the following Gagalicious ensembles would have to be included in the book, don't you think?

1.) Armani Suit And Philip Treacy Hat at 2010 Grammys: I feel bad for whoever had to sit behind her at the Staples Center.

2.) Disco-Ball Bra And Undies at 2007 Lollapalooza: Before Gaga went blonde -- and ambitious -- she was still rocking her gogo roots. Sure, the outfit's not as visually stimulating as this one, but it's a reminder of where she came from -- and, hopefully, that she's never going back.

3.) Alexander McQueen Red Lace Dress at 2009 VMAs: Sure, she looked like the dude from Static-X -- or, at the very least, the Slim Jim guy -- but sometimes it's all about fashion, not function. Plus, 20/20 vision is so overrated.

4.) Armani Prive Dress at 2010 Grammys: Kind of puts a whole new spin on the phrase "the world revolves around her." (Get it? Spin? She's holding an orb? I'll be here all night, folks. Be sure to tip your bartender.)

5.) Bubble Dress at 2009 Grammys Celebration Concert Tour: This is the outfit that launched a thousand Halloween costumes. Thanks, Gaga! Now I finally have a shot at winning Best Dressed.
