Miley Cyrus has caught a lot of flack recently. She's growing up in public, and that can be a tough process. Since the release of her single and video "Can't Be Tamed," we've seen her experimenting with a variety of new looks, saying some provocative stuff and dealing with invasions of privacy (thanks to Perez Hilton).
Miley's working it out, though, is what we're saying. And today, performing in Central Park on "Good Morning America," grown-up Miley may have finally arrived.
Caught between post-childhood and pre-adulthood, it looks like Miley has finally embraced being a young woman. Rocking a vintage David Bowie shirt, studded leather jacket, ripped black jeans and a grip of mix-and-match jewelry, Miley looked ... cool. Still young and fun, but she's totally got an edge.
Milers performed "Can't Be Tamed" as well as "Every Rose Has Its Thorn" with Poison singer Bret Michaels. Check out more pics of Miley on Good Morning America, and watch her "Can't Be Tamed" video and the Poison classic "Every Rose Has Its Thorn."
And don't miss Miley's live album release performance -- watch "Miley Cyrus: Can't Be Tamed World Premiere Live" on Monday, June 21, at 10:30/9:30c on MTV.com.
