M.I.A. did a not-so-secret show this past Saturday night at VICE & Intel's The Creators Project -- an all-day cultural event featuring live music, art, film, design, heat and hipsters -- along with Sleigh Bells, Die Antwoord, Mark Ronson and a newly reconfigured Interpol.
Clearly not one to opt for the traditional "subtle foil highlights" route, M.I.A. revealed a new look that involved red, yellow and blue hair. You hardly even notice marijuana leaf goggles! We assume this look was intentional. And, hey -- it's summer. 'Tis the season to look like a Jolly Ranchers Popsicle. Or a parrot.
