While many folks have found themselves with World Cup fever, we all know Justin Bieber has been raising temperatures worldwide for some time now. So we thought it wise, what with all these countries competing in the World Cup anyway, to pit a few nations against one another in the World Cup of Justin Bieber. Let's see which fans bring the heat!

FRANCE: Above we see a few French fans, losing it over Bieber's presence in Paris. Not bad. No tears, but definitely some impressive screaming and some genuine passion. Let's go to the judge ... Biebs?

Ooh la la! French ennui has struck our little guy. He seems nonplussed by all the adoration!
AUSTRALIA: Here we have some of Justin Bieber's Australian fans. While I appreciate their deep knowledge (as betrayed by their use of Justin's middle name) and their wordplay ("Beliebers"), I have to deduct points for lack of screaming and crying. Justin?
Ooh! Stone-faced. It doesn't look good for the Bieber-roos!

GERMANY: Next, we have a heavyweight in the fan game: Germany. Wow! A shocking turn of events! The Berlin crowd is apparently more interested in their gadgets than the Biebs! Justin?
A harsh but fair call.
UNITED STATES: Next up, USA! Excitement! Passion! Smiles! Signs! Do you believe in miracles!?
Yes! U-S-A! U-S-A! We have a winner!
+ Okay. Admittedly we're biased toward our home turf. Which country do YOU think has the biggest and best Justin Bieber fans?

When Brandon Flowers announced his intention to record a solo album, as well as his intention to name said album Flamingo, many fans of The Killers might have raised an eyebrow. Was the voice of the band choosing to sing a different tune? Would Flamingo go off on some unwelcome artistic tangent? Would it be avant-garde electronica? Balkan folk? A concept album about the wildlife of Florida's Everglades?
Well, now that we have our first piece of fruit from Flowers' solo labor, all can rest assured that the dude isn't going off the rails. "Crossfire" will be welcome listening to any Killers fan.
If anything, "Crossfire" is a slightly more mellow affair, missing the raucous rhythm section and careening guitars of his band. It's a little bit older, a little bit colder, to quote one of the man's own lyrics.
Check out "Crossfire," below. Flamingo is due out in September.

We've been keeping track of All Time Low all this month on "Posted" as they cross the country on the Bamboozle Roadshow. Also checking in with us? Their tourmates, Forever The Sickest Kids. Check out this tour blog that Kyle Burns sent us. And get more behind-the-scenes footage from Bamboozle, along with tweets, photos and videos at Posted.mtv.com.

Thankfully this blog is here! It's hard to keep up with everyone around the word in 140 letters or less at a time! (twitter love)
The tour has been going GREAT! This is by far the best tour ever put together, in my eyes. All the bands are amazing and have great dudes to hang with. It is especially awesome to be able to share the stage with two of my all-time favorite bands: Good Charlotte and Third Eye Blind! We have been able to play amazing venues as well. I still get antsy every time I stand on the stage and look out into such massive amphitheaters and huge ballrooms!
One thing I like about this tour is that, while we play shows every night, we are still piecing together our upcoming album, The Weekend: Saturday! We have our hometown producer on the road with us right now recording even more songs for the album.
As I sit right now, I'm in the dressing room backstage being anxious because we are playing a BRAND SPANKING NEW SONG today at the show in Detroit! First time ever. And it might or might not be a song you have heard
Anyways, enjoy the random attached pictures from behind the scenes on the tour.

Miley Cyrus has caught a lot of flack recently. She's growing up in public, and that can be a tough process. Since the release of her single and video "Can't Be Tamed," we've seen her experimenting with a variety of new looks, saying some provocative stuff and dealing with invasions of privacy (thanks to Perez Hilton).
Miley's working it out, though, is what we're saying. And today, performing in Central Park on "Good Morning America," grown-up Miley may have finally arrived.
Caught between post-childhood and pre-adulthood, it looks like Miley has finally embraced being a young woman. Rocking a vintage David Bowie shirt, studded leather jacket, ripped black jeans and a grip of mix-and-match jewelry, Miley looked ... cool. Still young and fun, but she's totally got an edge.
Milers performed "Can't Be Tamed" as well as "Every Rose Has Its Thorn" with Poison singer Bret Michaels. Check out more pics of Miley on Good Morning America, and watch her "Can't Be Tamed" video and the Poison classic "Every Rose Has Its Thorn."
And don't miss Miley's live album release performance -- watch "Miley Cyrus: Can't Be Tamed World Premiere Live" on Monday, June 21, at 10:30/9:30c on MTV.com.

If the rhetorical question is "So you think you can dance," then Justin Bieber's not-so-rhetorical answer is yes, as evidenced by his video for "Somebody To Love (Remix)," which features Usher and premiered on "So You Think You Can Dance." Justin apparently does think he can dance, and he's not wrong for thinking it. Sure, Usher does most of the heavy lifting where dancing is concerned, and Justin, who's more of a singer than a dancer, is in no danger of upstaging Usher on the dance floor. But it's nice to see Justin expanding the scope of talents to include pelvic thrusts, "Matrix"-style slo-mo leans and similar choreo to Usher's "Caught Up" video. (He learned from the master!). It's also nice to see Justin looking a little more mature and sophisticated in a hoodie and leather jacket. Indeed, it looks like the Biebs is growing up (as people inevitably do -- you can't stop time, people!), and his videos are growing up with him, as this is his flashiest, most grandiose video yet.
Props to the "Somebody To Love (Remix)" video, specifically to esteemed director Dave Meyers, who put that classic early '00s-style big-money polish on the piece -- for employing fire, shirtless dudes, white ninjas, (did I mention fire and ninjas?), Beat Freaks and Poreotics from "America's Best Dance Crew" and vague allusions to Busta Rhymes' "Pass the Courvousier (Part II)" video and Chris Brown's "Wall To Wall" video.

+ Miley Cyrus really, really, really can't be tamed. To prove this, she got the word "love" tattooed on her ear. (JustJared)
+ Snoop Dogg has made a hilarious music video dedicated to everybody's favorite psychic/vampire-plaything, Sookie Stackhouse from "True Blood." (MTV News)
+ She may be a fashion icon now, but did Lady Gaga have a Juicy (Couture) secret in her past? (Refinery29)
+ Mariah Carey has unveiled her new fragrance, and it has a totally normal name: Lollipop Bling. (Idolator)
+ HFS! Adam Lambert shaved half of his head! (PopEater)
+ Christina Aguilera, who had previously derided Auto-Tune, has now come around to the technology. (ThatGrapeJuice)

Here we see Taylor Swift sprinkling a little bit of old Hollywood glamour on the 41st Annual Songwriters Hall of Fame ceremony, last night. Swift, who wore a J. Mendel dress, Louboutin heels and a flower in her hair, was not inducted into the Hall of Fame itself, but rather received the Hal David Starlight Award.
Taylor's looking pretty classy, no? Meanwhile, someone who, though a favorite around these parts, does not always keep it classy is John Mayer. But Mayer eloquently and sweetly applauded Swift's accomplishments, saying, "She's no accident. You could put her in a time machine in any era, and she would have a hit record."
Aww. We couldn't agree more. Enjoy Taylor Swift's oldie-but-goodie "Tim McGraw" video below.

Having one of the most hotly anticipated albums of the year might cause even the smoothest, savviest rapper to stall out or pause, take a moment, and reflect on how they'll be received or how many units they'll sell. Not Drake. With his debut album, Thank Me Later, finally out this week, Drake's already on to the next one and thinking about his sophomore album. And as he told us in this exclusive MTV.com PUSH interview below, he knows he's got room to grow, change and "make better music."
But first, Drake wants to take a few nice ladies out to dinner (or one nice lady out to a few nice dinners). And maybe throw another chocolate chip cookie in the microwave.
Watch Drake's brand-new MTV PUSH interview and find out how Drake's handling the hype surrounding Thank Me Later, what he considers worthy of tweeting and why he considered Jamaica, where he shot his "Find Your Love" video, a homecoming.
And don't miss Drake's one-hour MTV special, "Drake: Better Than Good Enough," on Wednesday, June 23, at 10/9c.

This picture was taken last night during 50 Cent's show in St. Petersburg, Florida. Looks like your run-of-the-mill, 50 onstage shot, right?

We posted the picture above on May 26. It's a shot of the emaciated rapper from the set of "Things Fall Apart," a film in which he plays a cancer-stricken football player. So in just a few short weeks, 50 must have eaten an entire International House Of Pancakes menu, three-dozen Double Downs, more lasagna than Garfield on a month of Mondays, and who knows what else.
Whatever you feel about 50 Cent's music, you must take off your hat to his superhuman weight-gaining powers.
