Pop quiz, hotshots. Taylor Momsen is making the above facial expression because:

a) She just sucked on a lemon

b) She just caught a whiff of the copious amount of Brut aftershave the dude in the background is rocking

c) The slanket-style sweater she's wearing is making her itch

d) She's back at work on the set of "Gossip Girl"

Don't know about you test-takers, but my answer is gonna be "d." Now, I'm not saying The Pretty Reckless singer and "Gossip Girl" actress is bummed to be back at work on the show that gave her her first taste of success. We all know celebs never bite the hand that feeds them, but how else are can you explain how bent-out-of-shape girl looks? I mean, does she look like she's really psyched to start caring about the comings and goings of Chuck Bass?

Who knows. Maybe she's just hot. It is 1 million degrees outside in New York today, where "Gossip Girl" is shooting. Sorry, boo. Everybody has to work for the weekend. Join the club.

Personally, when I think of Never Shout Never, I usually think of hushed, intimate, somewhat goofy, adorable, ukulele-led songs about love and heartache, not arena rock. And while the below video isn't exactly on Bon Jovi's level of seeing a million faces and rocking them all (but really, who is?), it shows that Never Shout Never and frontman Christofer Drew certainly know how to move a crowd.

Here we have Christofer Drew and his band playing their Harmony track "This Sh** Gets Old"  on the mtvU VMA Tour, much to the delight of this girl...

...and thousands like her, with and without NSN written on their foreheads.

On the album,  "This Sh** Gets Old" is a jaunty mid-tempo number, but live it turns into a full-bore power-pop song, while still maintaining the delicate details (harmonies!) of the recorded version.

Check out the video below. The mtvU Tour, featuring Never Shout Never, The Ready Set and 2AM Club, rolls on. Check out more performances at the mtvU VMA Tour page. And don't miss the 2010 MTV VMAs on Sunday, Sept. 12, at 9/8c.

For his new video, "The Bike Song," Mark Ronson has continued to explore the strange, retro-futuristic, truly global world that he introduced with his charming clip for "Bang Bang Bang."

Working again with director Warren Fu, Mark Ronson visually mixes cultural references and world cultures (Japanese, French, British) with the same flair he uses when mixing musical genres: with abandon and tons of style.

"The Bike Song," which features Kyle Falconer and Spank Rock, sees nods to films like "Tron," movements like the Mod revolution of '60s London and '70s European cinema. Over a breezy, sample-delic beat, the song finds Falconer singing about shrugging off the the weight of the world and taking to the road on his beloved cycle.

The real stars of the show are the fabulous hairdos on display, with Spank Rock (the MC for the New York rap duo of the same name) rocking a relaxed blowout and Ronson sporting a platinum blond fade.

It's another dizzying, fun, visual ride with a great soundtrack. Check out "The Bike Song" video below. The track is featured on Ronson's upcoming Record Collection album, due out September 28.

The star-studded lineup of 2010 MTV VMA musical performers just got a little brighter. Linkin Park will perform live at the 2010 MTV VMAs! Linkin Park will perform its hard-hitting single, "The Catalyst," which skyrocketed to No. 1 on the Billboard Alternative and Rock Songs Chart--live on TV for the first-time ever.

Linkin Park joins an incredible roster of musicians scheduled to perform live at the 2010 MTV VMAs, including Usher, Paramore, Eminem, B.o.B., Justin Bieber, Kanye West, Drake and Florence + the Machine. Plus, house artist deadmau5 will be spinning original mixes and remixes and teaming up with Robyn, Travie McCoy and Jason Derulo for live performances too.

Linkin Park's raw, bigger-than-all-of-us energy, massive sound, mashup of hard rock and live rap and viscous vocals, coupled with thought-provoking, consciousness-raising lyrics, have won the group legions of fans worldwide. And its live VMA performance of "The Catalyst," from the A Thousand Suns album (Sept. 14) can only translate into an explosive VMA performance you'll probably have to DVR and watch over and over again. You've been warned.

Also taking the 2010 MTV VMA stage that night to present awards are "The Social Network" 's Justin Timberlake, Jesse Eisenberg and Andrew Garfield, Nicki Minaj, Ke$ha, Emma Stone, Penn Badgley, Trey Songz, Selena Gomez, Ashley Greene and Ne-Yo. And of course, Chelsea Handler, host of the 2010 MTV VMAs.

+ Don't miss the 2010 MTV VMAs live from Los Angeles, hosted by Chelsea Handler, on Sunday, Sept. 12, at 9/8c!

Whether you think of this as a tribute to the incredible work the folks over at Madame Tussauds do or the somewhat, um, stoic way Rihanna occasionally carries herself, you have to say, the new Rihanna wax figure looks tremendously...Rihanna-like.

I'd say lifelike, but I think that would miss the mark, right? I mean, when Madame Tussauds present a wax figure of a particularly animated celebrity, that's when they look particularly fake. But Rihanna's whole schtick is her placid, unknowable demeanor. Which makes her a perfect subject for wax enshrinement.

You can see Rihanna's wax figure in the flesh (or in the wax, as it were) at the Madame Tussauds museum in Washington D.C., where she stands with other luminaries such as Rosa Parks, Barack and Michelle Obama and, um, the Jonas Brothers. Check out another picture of her lifelike wax figure, below.

Jennifer Lopez has been keeping a low profile for a while now. Some of that time has been voluntary -- motherhood and running a family are no joke -- and sme of it hasn't; her 2007 album Brave was her least successful album, commercially. But with a couple of proven hit-makers behind the boards, Jennifer Lopez is looking to make a comeback with "Good Hit."

Produced by The-Dream and Tricky Stewart, "Good Hit," which will likely be featured on Lopez's long-awaited Love album, features a rather different sound. Especially since we don't really hear Jennifer Lopez's voice.

No, the track isn't an instrumental, rather it seems to be the opening salvo in the Great Auto-Tune Comeback of Mid 2010 (you read it here first).

Over a slick dance beat, Jennifer Lopez sings about dropping it low in a voice coated with the much-maligned but incredibly popular vocal filter.

You can listen to a snippet of the "Good Hit" below. What do you think? Is Auto Tune back? Or should it stay locked away somewhere in T-Pain's storage space? Let us know in the comments!

As she proved during her stint hosting the Teen Choice Awards, Katy Perry knows a thing or two about costume changes. Thing is, the "Teenage Dream" singer doesn't need an award show hosting gig to make wild costume changes; she does so in real life.

You never really know what you're going to get with Katy, and few could have expected her to show up in Paris, wearing a demure and classy sweater and skirt ensemble, mixing cream and purple.

The singer was in the city of lights yesterday to promote her new album Teenage Dream. Perry's looks are often compared to actress Zooey Deschanel, but I have to say she bares a striking resemblance to Oscar-winning French actress Marion Cotillard in the above shot.

Perry has been seen dining out at Champs Elysee restaurants and hitting up radio stations to drum up support for her new album.

Check out Katy Perry's "Teenage Dream" video below for a decidedly sweater-free Katy.

Check this crew out! It's (from left to right) Beyoncé (nice hat, B!); Mary J. Blige; the recently wedded Swizz Beatz and Alicia Keys; Mary's man, Kendu Isaacs; and last, but obviously not least, Jay-Z. This gaggle of hip-hop and R&B royalty were all having a blast, side stage at this weekend's Rock The Bells Festival on Governors Island in New York City.

While gang likely enjoyed sets from the likes of A Tribe Called Quest, Snoop Dogg and Wu-Tang Clan, they are pictured above reveling in the welcome return of Lauryn Hill, who performed her classic debut solo album, The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill.

According to MTV News, Lauryn Hill paid tribute to her famous fans by having Jay-Z come out to a round of applause during her performance. And Lauryn Hill had Mary J. Blige, Beyoncé and Alicia Keys join her during a reggae-fied take on the Fugees classic "Fugee-La." Headliners and legends, people!

To reinterpret a line from the movie "Field Of Dreams," if you tweet it, it will come. Hear me out. A couple of weeks back, right as Kanye West began his epic Twitter odyssey, one of the many things he endorsed was Justin Bieber's single "Runaway Love." More specifically, he tweeted, "Yo this Runaway Love is the truth!"

A mutual appreciation society began, with Kanye and Justin Bieber tweeting back and forth and eventually (somehow) famed Wu-Tang Clan top chef, Raekwon, got involved in the action. Kanye said he would produce a remix of the Bieber jam, featuring Raekwon. Sounded good in theory, but given the ratio of things that get tweeted about to things that actually happen, we put the odds of this actually going down at 20-1.

Well, never bet on Buzzworthy, because below you can check out the "Runaway Love (Remix)" featuring Kanye and Raekwon and their lil' buddy Justin. The beat is basically a flip of Wu-Tang's classic, "Wu-Tang Clan Ain't Nuthin' To F' Wit" and features solid verses from both MCs, bookending J.B.'s angelic vocals.

Check out the track below. Oh, Twitter! What will you give us next?
