Lady Gaga ‘Nails’ Her Vanity Fair Cover

Obviously Lady Gaga’s granny-gray hair, toplessness, and so-’60s peace sign and blissed-out expression were the focal point of her Vanity Fair cover. But super-sleuth Gaga fans probably noticed her fantastic matte gray nails. OK, so, the shade of gray Gaga’s wearing is by Deborah Lippmann — that’s her and Gaga above — and it’s called “Waking Up In Vegas.” Whether or not the gray polish Gaga was wearing was inspired by the Katy Perry song is unclear. But Lippmann did name one of her polishes — a blood-red glittery shade — “Bad Romance” after Lady Gaga, who earned 10 out of her 13 total 2010 VMA nominations for the “Bad Romance” video alone. Probably easier to name it “Bad Romance,” since “Ra Ra Ah Ah Ah, Roma Roma Ma, Gaga Ooh La La” is too long to fit on a bottle.
