Last night saw the New York end of Jay-Z and Eminem's Home and Home concert series, held in the Bronx at the new-ish Yankee Stadium. Above we see Hova, Nicki Minaj and Kanye West, performing the West's house of horrors posse cut "Monster." Regardless of the fact that Kanye was still wearing, what were then, last night's clothes (the same red suit he wore at his amazing 2010 MTV VMAs performance), this was a historic night for hip hop. And what does every historic night for hip-hop need?
Oh? Don't you know? Coldplay is the fifth element of hip hop! That's right Chris Martin came out and joined in on the proceedings, singing the hook on Jay's "Heart of the City," as well as performing parts of Coldplay classics like "Clocks" and "Viva La Vida."
