Legendary NYC house producer/DJ Armand Van Helden and legendary hip-hop/electro DJ A-Trak are some pretty heavy hitters on their own. But together, they form...Duck Sauce? That's right, named after one of the seven wonders of the world of condiments and dedicated to making ecstatic dance music that celebrates the two DJ/producers' roots, Duck Sauce has been an underground sensation for a little while now. But with this new video for their single "Barbra Streisand," the secret is gonna be out.
"Barbra Streisand" was directed by So Me, who was behind Justice's critically lauded "D.A.N.C.E." clip. Duck Sauce's video is basically a love letter to New York City: its energy, its people and, most of all, its music.
Keep your eyes peeled for cameos from the likes of Kanye West, Chromeo, DJ Premier (of Gang Starr), ?uestlove of The Roots, Ezra Koenig from Vampire Weekend and many, many more.
