Dropping a song a week on Twitter isn't enough: We need a Kanye West album. Sure, "So Appalled," "Devil In A New Dress" and all the other G.O.O.D. Fridays tracks that Kanye has released to fans, via his blog and Twitter, have been awesome. But we want something to have and hold--a full set songs to devour and argue about. Well, apparently, we won't have to wait much longer, as Kanye is reportedly going to release his still-not-officially titled (though some think it will be called Dark Twisted Fantasy) album on Nov. 22.
Here are 5 things you need to know about one of the most anticipated albums of the year:
1. Kanye West's new album has literally been a year in the making.
Kanye West told XXL Magazine that he began work on his fifth solo album on Jan. 1, 2010. The possible album of the year could be a year in the making! (OK, maybe it's a little less than a year, but close.)
2. Kanye West's new album will see him cleaning out his closet.
So far, what we've heard from Kanye has been largely full of swagger and confidence. But one of the reasons Kanye West resonates with so many people is his vulnerability. Expect some songs on the new album to touch on the passing of his beloved mother, his breakup with Amber Rose and maybe even the 2009 MTV VMAs incident with Taylor Swift.
3. Kanye West's new album will see him make a return to his hip-hop roots.
After the goth-pop/hip-hop hybrid of 808s & Heartbreak, Kanye has promised a return to the old boom-bap, employing the talents of Golden Age producers like Pete Rock to help him craft a dusty hip-hop sound.
4. Kanye West's new album will feature a who's who of pop music talent.
From Rick Ross to Nicki Minaj to John Legend to Jay-Z to indie-rocker Bon Iver (who, according to an interview with Pitchfork, sang on upwards of 10 tracks), Kanye's new album will feature some dazzling collaborations.
5. Kanye West's new album will be an event.
Kanye West released "Power," his "comeback" single, in the spring. Since then it's been a steady succession of Twitter outbursts, officially leaked songs, a 2010 MTV VMAs appearance, random performances at Fashion Week and whatever else you can think of--all leading up to the release of this album. Drake has already called it "one of the best hip-hop albums of the last 10 years." Expect nothing short of a national holiday when this thing finally drops.
November can't get here soon enough! What are you hoping to hear on Kanye West's new album? Let us know in the comments!

After watching what could reasonably be considered a star-making performance at the 2010 MTV VMAs, everybody wants to know a little bit more about Florence + The Machine frontwoman Florence Welch. Lucky for everybody we have this exclusive Buzzworthy interview with the "Dog Days Are Over" singer, right here.
In this chat, Florence talks about her show-stopping performance of "Dog Days Are Over" at the VMAs. According to the Brit vocalist, her live turn at the award show was about "capturing the essence" of the "Dog Days Are Over" video. Florence jokingly laments not being able to have people explode onstage and calls the performance "Busby Berkeley on acid."
Though she looked like a pro onstage, Florence was nervous when it came to interacting with her celebrity peers. She adorably recounts getting tongue tied around the likes of Drake and Nicki Minaj, and recounts how Lady Gaga asked her if she was nervous about performing. She also reveals one of the consequences of hugging Gaga at the VMAs: meat dress grease!
Check out this wonderful interview with Florence Welch from Florence + The Machine, below.

What kind of face is Drake making in the photo above? Is it a) I just sold out the two New York City stops on my Lights, Dreams And Nightmares tour b) I just cracked up David Letterman and seduced "The Late Show" crowd with my charms or c) I just brought back light-blue jean jackets HARD?
A little bit of all three, I imagine. Drake hit up "The Late Show With David Letterman" last night, taping an appearance that will be broadcast on Friday night. It will cap off what is likely to be an incredibly week for the platinum-selling, Toronto MC/singer. Drizzy will be bringing his Lights, Dreams And Nightmares show to New York City's famed Radio City Music Hall tonight and tomorrow.
But let's talk about the jacket: Thumbs-up over here. It's crazy how a dude known for being so GQ with his style can break out the denim jacket like it's nothing.
For a look at a more dolled-up version of Drake, check out the Young Money man's performance of "Fancy" with Swizz Beatz and Mary J. Blige at the 2010 MTV VMAs.

Someone is getting a jump on Halloween a little early this year! What, exactly, Rihanna is going as this year, we can't quite tell. Honestly, she looks like M.I.A. after she went to a jumble sale, but that's just our best guess.
In reality, these Rihanna photos were taken on the set of her upcoming music video "What's My Name?" which Rihanna was shooting in New York City over the weekend. As behind-the-scenes photos go, these are really behind the scenes. The above shot is clearly a Rihanna at rest, rocking slippers during a break in filming.
It'll be really interesting to see how this unique costume looks in the finished product. "What's My Name?" is the second single from Rihanna's upcoming Loud album.
Check out more pictures of Rihanna on the set of her "What's My Name?" video below.

Decked out in all white and further perfecting its sleek electro-rock sound, Good Charlotte has unveiled the video for "Like It's Her Birthday," from the group's upcoming "Cardiology" album. Bottom line, in the "Like It's Her Birthday" video, Benji Madden gets done dirty by his girlfriend, and in a rather duplicitous fashion to boot.
Seems Benji gets a bad feeling when he sees his significant other dressed up for a night on the tiles, even though she claims she only has a "meeting." His unease is proved to be valid when he happens upon his girlfriend at a club where the only meeting she's attending is the one between her mouth and some shots. Busted! Apparently the girl is partying, like it's her birthday, no less, much to the chagrin of the band.
One interesting note about the clip: The video features the Good Charlotte boys performing inside of a glass cube-like structure in a blacked-out room. It's not unlike the crazy, moving stage/cube found in Battles' awesome "Atlas" video.
Check out Good Charlotte's music video for "Like It's Her Birthday" below.

With nicknames like "Mr. Steal Your Girl," which he gave himself, and "Sex Inventor," which we gave him, Trey Songz the musician can often get lost in the shuffle. All nicknames aside, the "Say Aah" is actually a bona fide hitmaker, whether solo or adding infections hooks to songs by artists like Drake, whom he frequently collaborates with.
In this Buzzworthy Blog video interview, we get to know the man behind the nicknames a little better. Trey talks about his recent, some would say star-making, MTV Unplugged performance. Funnily enough, we share the same highlight--Trey's cover of Kings of Leon's "Use Somebody."
Trey goes on to talk about his new album, Passion, Pleasure & Pain, which refers to both the three central emotions that dominate romantic relationships, and he shares the secret to being an artist.
Trey Songz also chats about his mixtapes and collaborating with Nicki Minaj), but in what might be a Buzzworthy interview first, Trey becomes distracted when he thinks he hears some folks doing the nasty in the next room. This guy! Always with the sex on the brain.
Check out Buzzworthy's Trey Songz interview below, as well as his live MTV Unplugged cover of Kings Of Leon's "Use Somebody." Passion, Pleasure & Pain is out now.

Dang, Carrie Underwood is GOING IN on the "making people cry at music videos" tip! Here we have the recently wedded country music queen's newest music video for her track "Mama's Song," taken from her 2009 album Play On.
"Mama's Song" is obviously an incredibly personal video for Carrie, as it features both her mother and her new husband, pro hockey player Mike Fisher. The video opens with Carrie's mom talking about how they grow up so fast, as she leafs through a photo album of her and her daughter's life together. This is interspersed with shots of Carrie and Fisher cruising to the airport in a Bentley. If your daughter is gonna get married, she could do worse than to roll off in a Rolls Royce.
"Mama's Song" as a video and song are really good examples of what Carrie Underwood does best: string-laden, pop-country that pulls at the heartstrings and hits you right at home.
