Decisions, decisions. Demi Lovato has to make them all the time. But apparently, the one that stumps her the most is what hair color to rock, as evidenced by the above photos.

Earlier this summer, right around when Demi and Joe Jonas broke up, Demi was rocking dark-brown to almost-black hair. Then, just when you thought it was safe to lock in Demi as a dead ringer for Snow White, the Disney princess flipped the script on us, adding blond highlights to her mane. Last week when Demi and Miley Cyrus had dinner in Los Angeles, Demi was so blond she was almost unrecognizable. It's a complete departure from the jet-black hair Demi had when she visited us last summer.

So, Demi's made her decision... for now, but what is your decision? Do you think Demi looks good as a blonde bombshell? Or should she go back to black (or brunette)?

If you're My Chemical Romance and you've got to follow up the goth-glam-punk rock opera that was The Black Parade, what's your next step? Well, the New Jersey band went back to the lab and is coming back with a new My Chemical Romance album, the awesomely titled Danger Days: The True Lives of the Fabulous Killjoys. And we've got your first peek at "Art Is The Weapon" right here.

Feast your ears on "Na Na Na (Na Na Na Na Na Na Na Na Na)," the first single from Danger Days. The song begins with a radio DJ's rant, promising something "louder than God's revolver, and twice as shiny." And he ain't lying. "Na Na Na" is a breakneck rush, like a sped-up Queen song played by ADD-addled teens.

The very cool attendant "Art Is The Weapon" video, which serves as something of a trailer for the album, is equally stunning. My Chemical Romance seems to have ditched the black-and-white palette and WWII costumes of The Black Parade and turned themselves into a retro-futuristic motorcycle gang, running around the desert shooting lasers at masked villains. It's something like "Easy Rider" meets "Dark Knight."

Watch My Chemical Romance's "Art Is The Weapon" trailer and listen to a snippet of My Chemical Romance's "Na Na Na (Na Na Na Na Na Na Na Na Na)" below. Danger Days: The True Lives Of The Fabulous Killjoys is coming soon.

Was Mercury in retrograde this weekend? Was there a full moon? Did everybody cop a case of seasonal affective disorder all at once? Because from Friday on, it seemed like we couldn't go more than an hour or so without a celeb getting busted or falling afoul of the law. Lindsay Lohan failed a drug test, Bruno Mars got busted for drugs, Russell Brand got arrested, Adam Lambert had a little dustup and Miley Cyrus had a little bust-up. Let's look back some celebs who wish they could call a do-over on this weekend.

+ Lindsay Lohan: Let's just get this out of the way because it's just sad at this point. On Friday, TMZ reported Lindsay Lohan failed a drug test. Later that evening, Lohan confirmed this on her Twitter account. Failing the drug test violates her probation and could send Lohan back to prison.

+ Miley Cyrus: If someone tells you they're just being Miley, take away their car keys because they're probably a bad driver! Reportedly, Miley Cyrus got into a fender bender and then left the scene which, in case you didn't know, you should not do. (Right, January Jones?)

+ Bruno Mars: Up until this weekend, Bruno Mars was sitting on top of the world--he cowrote Cee-Lo's "F*** You," and was all over the pop charts with B.o.B.'s "Beautiful Girls" and Travie McCoy's "Billionaire." But before the weekend was over, he was sitting in jail, as he was busted in Las Vegas on suspicion of narcotics possession.

+ Russell Brand: Russell Brand is a funny dude, but you apparently wouldn't like him when he's angry, as one nosy paparazzi photographer found out. Brand allegedly attacked a pushy photographer at LAX on Friday and was then taken into custody via a citizen's arrest. There's nothing funny about people getting beaten up, and there's nothing funny about someone trying to take an upskirt photo of Katy Perry, which is what Katy claims provoked Brand. But there's something pretty funny about Russell Brand being citizen's arrested!

+ Adam Lambert: Like we mentioned on Friday, Adam Lambert got into an altercation with pushy paparazzi in Miami Beach late last week. The photographer accused Lambert of battery, which Adam denied on his Twitter account.

What happens in Vegas winds up on the Internet. Remember that, kiddos. Here we have Katy Perry Rihanna and two members of the Cirque Du Soleil circus troupe, photographed in Sin City as Perry took part in her Rihanna-planned bachelorette party.

According to People, Katy, Rihanna and 25 of their closest gal pals explored the glories of the Hard Rock's pool bar, checked out "Ka," Cirque Du Soleil's Vegas show, ate dinner at Ago and then partied the night away at XS and Sapphire, where they likely had the same (if strange) experience most of us have at clubs--hearing a lot of Rihanna and Katy Perry music.

How did it all turn out? Well, just check Katy Perry's Twitter account: "That's what you get for waking up in..."

Meet the MTV PUSH Artist of the Week: Sleigh Bells. They are one of the most exciting bands to come out of New York City since The Strokes, and in singer Alexis Krauss they have one of the most compelling and charismatic frontwomen in pop music today.

We've already broken down some of the Sleigh Bells' musical influences, but suffice to say, the sound of their incredible debut album, Treats, released on Mom + Pop, and it's something akin to twisted punk rock meets cheerleader chants meets electro made on a broken old laptop. Plus volume. Lots and lots of volume.

Even more thrilling than recorded output is Sleigh Bells' live show. Lucky for you, MTV.com will be streaming a live performance by the duo from New York City on Monday, Sept. 20. Update: Stay tuned for more performances from that show at LiveInNYC.MTV.com.

Watch Sleigh Bells discuss their sound in these interview below, and watch them perform "A/B," "Kids" and "Tell 'Em" live. And watch more Sleigh Bells videos after the jump.

If you're on the side of Lady Gaga's left-wing politics (or, possibly a log cabin Republican), then she's an unstoppable liberal using her power to advance a political agenda you probably believe in. If you're not on Lady Gaga's side politically, well, sorry.

Lady Gaga's 2010 MTV VMA red carpet arrival was a stunning moment--and not just a fashion moment--though Gaga's Alexander McQueen Victorian ball gown was by far the biggest and best arrival of VMA night. Lady Gaga's VMA arrival was a political statement, arriving with members of the Servicemembers Legal Defense Network, an organization of gay men and women who served in the Air Force or Army who left on their own or were discharged.

And Gaga's anti-"don't ask, don't tell" statement was timed perfectly, falling days after "don't ask, don't tell" was declared unconstitutional by a California federal court, and two days before the 2010 primaries. Two days after the primaries, on Thursday, Sept. 16, Gaga released a YouTube video encouraging her fans (and anyone against this human rights violation) to contact their state senate to repeal "don't ask, don't tell" next week. Gaga's video was also a message to Senator John McCain and other state senators who've opposed gays in the military.

Standing at the start of the VMA red carpet where all of the night's stars arrived, I managed to capture the Flipcam video below of Lady Gaga's arrival. While I assumed her arrival with soldiers was clearly politically symbolic (a message to end the war?), I was too far away from her MTV News interview to hear her powerful words and only found out later that her soldiers were men and women willing to put their life on the line and die for our own safety.

It was an honor to witness firsthand not only a major VMA moment, or the rush of paparazzi and Gaga energy electrifying a crowd the second she hits the public eye--Gaga's over-the-top gown was exciting, too--but also one of the biggest stars on the planet making such a powerful, poignant political statement right in front of me during one of the biggest pop culture events in the country.

While we're all still catching our breath from the "militant Berlin goth" look of Rihanna's Rated R videos and the relatively dark music that went along with it, the last girl on earth goes and flips the script on us, dropping her video for "Who's That Chick?"

The song features dance beats supplied by the Midas' touch of David Guetta, and AutoTune vocals with the lyrics "Music is all I need. Baby, I just wanna dance." Who is this chick, indeed! This is an all-new Rihanna, somewhat hearkening back to old Rihanna (think "S.O.S.").

The video clearly betrays the bubblegum pop-art feel of recent Katy Perry clips, while Guetta's production and the infectious melody suggest that Rihanna has been listening to the hits of Ke$ha and Perry and has really enjoyed what she heard.

Which is not to say she's biting their style at all. This is just yet another side of an artist who explored some darker textures and decided she'd like something a little more pink and a lot more pop (check out the vid's color scheme to see what I mean).

"Who's That Chick?" is the second thing we've heard from Rihanna's upcoming Loud album, along with "Only Girl (In The World)." If those two tracks are any suggestion of what to expect from the album, we're in for a really upbeat and club-friendly collection.

Mark Ronson is many things: a fashionable young man with a dashing accent (a little bit New York, a little bit London), one of the preeminent producers in pop music, and a multi-instrumentalist and venerated recording artist.

In this Buzzworthy Q&A, Ronson chats about his '80s-pop-inspired new album, Record Collection, his lack of guilty pleasures and how when someone from Duran Duran tells you to buy a rare Italian vintage keyboard, you buy a rare Italian vintage keyboard.

But before hearing Ronson talk about his new album, you'll probably want to listen to his awesome new single from Record Collection, "Bang Bang Bang." To help find the voice for "Bang Bang Bang," Ronson sent the track to an electro-pop duo he's become a fan of: MNDR. (Ellie Goulding and Jake Shears of the Scissor Sisters both wrote over the track to "Bang Bang Bang," but neither artists' contributions made the cut.)

If you've seen the "Bang Bang Bang" video, you know it features some pretty outrageous looking keyboards and synthesizers. It should come as no surprise that these are some expensive instruments, with the priciest being the Synthex, which Ronson bought for $5,000 on the recommendation of Duran Duran's Nick Rhodes.

Ronson also chats about his guiltless listening habits, expressing shock that people express shock at his love for Train's sappy, catchy "Drops Of Jupiter."

Check out the whole Buzzworthy Q&A with Mark Ronson below, as well as Train's "Drops Of Jupiter" video, a song to which Ronson owns the sheet music!

Record Collection is out Sept. 28.

We all love Tokio Hotel, but let's be honest they are as much a visual feast as an audio pleasure. The two go hand in hand, with their music amplified by their goth-cyber-punk attire. So it seems only right that Celebuzz sat down with Tokio Hotel's Bill Kaulitz to talk about his distinct fashions, his style tastes and who he admires, sartorially speaking.

According to Kaulitz, he has a trinity of fashion heroes. The first two aren't that surprising: Karl Lagerfeld and Heidi Silmane. But the third member of the troika might raise some eyebrows, as Kaulitz expresses his admiration for Aerosmith's Steven Tyler. Who knew?

Elsewhere in the interview, Kaulitz talks about his disdain for fur and his inability to pack light when it comes to touring (he brings more than 10 suitcases with him). Plus, he tries to summarize his look.

Read the interview over at Celebuzz; we promise you'll feel more stylish once you do.
