Pack your beige iridescent lipstick and your coral shoes. Get ready to do lifts in or out of the water because the Black Eyed Peas have said the musical equivalent of "Happy early Hanukkah, Amber Katz" by sampling "(I've Had) The Time of My Life" in their new single "The Time (The Dirty Bit)."

Fergie and Will.i.am and the apl.de.ap triumphantly establish their respective "dance spaces" with this new spin on the cult classic I grew up listening to via the tape decks of the moms in my neighborhood during my art class carpool.

Black Eyed Peas' "The Time (The Dirty Bit)" is undeniably catchy and boasts some fun AutoTune moments and glottal stops, not unlike those found in that Hawaiian musical styling Lisa Houseman sings in Kellerman's talent show. BT dubs, the name of the song (because I know you couldn't live... if living is without knowing that tune's title) is "Hula Hana of Kamana Whala Hula Bay." (Obviously I have seen "Dirty Dancing" probably more times than the late, great Emile Ardolino had.) In short, the Black Eyed Peas' "Dirty Dancing"-sampling "The Time (The Dirty Bit)" exceeds expectations in a way that Dirty Dancing: Havana Nights never did.

Who could forget the awesomeness that was Lady Gaga and Elton John on the epic "Poker Face"/"Speechless"/"Your Song" medley during the 52nd Annual Grammy Awards earlier this year? Anyone else who watched it 500 times like I did should be happy about this -- after much talk from both parties about teaming up again, Lady Gaga and Elton John have finally done it!

No they didn't make a baby! Sir Elton revealed yesterday that he and Lady Gaga have recorded a duet titled "Hello, Hello" to be featured in the upcoming animated Disney movie "Gnomeo and Juliet," produced by Elton and his partner David Furnish. Set for release on February 11, 2011, "Gnomeo and Juliet" is about (what else) two gnomes, featuring James McAvoy as Gnomeo and Emily Blunt as Juliet. Elton, who's no stranger to Disney movie soundtracks, co-wrote "Hello, Hello" with composer James Newton Howard and it will play during the film when the two gnomes meet for the first time.

So, wait -- flamboyant jacket-wearing songwriting legend Elton John collaborated on a song with no pants-wearing pop icon Lady Gaga, and it will be featured in an animated movie about a pair of lawn ornaments that fall in love? Makes complete sense.

Cheerio, old beans!

Lady Gaga's rocked a hair dress, a meat dress--and now it appears stage five of her 15-stage Madonna life cycle is complete. You know, like when a caterpillar larva eventually becomes a butterfly? Like that.

Lady Gaga was spotted leaving a London pub dressed in what can only be described as the sartorial love child of good old Madge and an ostrich. And maybe a flamingo. That said, I'm criminally jeal of several elements of this outfit, specifically the Lennon shades, leather jacket (it's leather weather!), Chanel purse and red nails. And it's been a while since I've wanted to accessory-jack Lady Gaga's fashion stylings. From the looks of it, even the pink-newsprint clad chick behind Lady Gaga is queuing up for a chance to try on that epic bag.

Here's to hoping Lady Gaga goes whole-hog with her inner Madgeness (the Material Girl is, after all, the meaning in Gaga's life AND the inspiration) and comes back with an extra-spesh souvenir--an affected British accent.

Also, somewhere in Florida, a flamingo is VERY chilly.

Joe Jonas graduates! Joe Jonas graduates! Doesn't quite have the same ring to it that "Donna Martin Graduates" does, right? Be that as it may, the elder Jonai is guest starring on the Nov. 8 episode of the CW's "90210."

Joe Jonas will have to dig deep for his role on the show, as he will be playing...himself. In the episode, titled "Mother Dearest," Joe winds up attending Adriana's magazine release party as her date. This doesn't go over too well with Navid, seeing as how he dates Adriana...

See? She's all like, 'You'll always be my favorite Jonas brother, Navid." But he's not buying it. By the way, this is a show about people in high school (magazine release party what?).

Joe Jonas is becoming something of an old hand when it comes to appearing on television shows. Earlier this year he appeared on the sitcom "Hot In Cleveland," where he played Valerie Bertinelli's son.

Check out another photo of Joe Jonas' upcoming appearance on "90210," below. The episode airs Nov. 8.

Meet The Downtown Fiction. Of course, it's entirely possible that you already have met these Virginia dudes, seeing as how they're vets of both Warped Tour and Bamboozle. But for the uninitiated, here are the vital statistics.

The Downtown Fiction got together back in 2008. Led by guitarist/singer Cameron Leahy, the group has a self-titled EP and a mini-album, Best I Never Had, to their credit. As their appearances on Warped and Bamboozle suggest, these dudes truck in the indie-emo-pop genre that reels you in the second you hear it. But with assured playing and Leahy's acrobatic, high-pitched vocals, the band also call to mind the classic power-pop of The Jam and Squeeze.

Watch The Downtown Fiction's "I Just Wanna Run" video, taken from their Best I Never Had release, below.

It's probably a correct assumption that you don't read More magazine (no offense to the kind folks at More... it's just that its target audience is probably your mom. But, if you're a "Glee" fan, you probably read anything "Glee"-related you can get your hands on. Which is why you should check out More's Jane Lynch cover story.

Inside the pages of the November issue of More, which hits newsstands Oct. 28, Jane Lynch trades in Sue Sylvester's track suit for an awesome caftan. She also takes what looks like the world's sweetest and sexiest spa vacation, getting her nails done by greased-up dudes in hot pink banana hammocks. (With the "Glee" kids getting supersexy in their underwear in GQ mag, something must be in the water over at McKinley High!)

Jane Lynch also discusses her decision to become sober in 1991, telling More that she told a friend, "I'm pouring out this glass of wine and never drinking again," and that she has been sober ever since.

Read all of Jane Lynch's cover story in the November issue of More.

What can't Snooki do? The "Jersey Shore" shorty is an amazing fist-pumper, a first-class tanner, and a stellar shot-taker. Recently Snooki took a clue from Willow Smith, who she's "obsessed with," and added making a video of her whipping her hair to her repertoire. And by "whipping her hair" I mean "gently shaking her pouf to "Whip My Hair" on the floor of her bedroom while making kissy faces.

Last time on SnookTV, Snookie hit us with an intimate lip-synching session to Britney Spears' "Sometimes." This time, Snooki's "Whip My Hair" video (via Celebuzz) features two huge cameos--Snooki's cute little dog Gia (whipping her fur), and more important, Snooki's famous ridiculously bedazzled sunglasses that no one understands how she sees out of. We love to see Snooki whip her hair, but just remember, lady! Whipping your hair can be dangerous!
