Above you see Lady Gaga, via her own Twitpic account, expressing her joy at the repealing of Don't Ask Don't Tell in a typically Gaga fashion: taking a charmingly rough, if still somehow glamorous picture of herself and tweeting her joy: "Can't hold back the tears+pride. We did it! Our voice was heard + today the Senate REPEALED DADT. A triumph for equality after 17 YEARS."

It was one of several nutty things that went down in the world of Lady Gaga this weekend, and Mama Monster kept us all informed via her always interesting Twitter feed.

On Thursday night, Lady Gaga played London's O2 Arena. You got the feeling something exciting was going to happen when she tweeted, "London, I have never felt more grateful for little monsters, music, and creativity. I can't wait to blow the roof off the 02 arena tonight." She didn't blow the roof off the place, but she did bite the head off a Santa Claus doll. Bah humbug!

Perhaps that was tempting fate or something, because the rest of the weekend didn't go exactly as planned. While Gaga was elated at the repeal of Don't Ask Don't Tell, Gaga's spirits soon sank when all 28 of her Monster's Ball tour trucks were detained by French authorities, and two of her crew members were arrested, forcing her to cancel her Paris show and post a lengthy emotional apology. Oh, and this picture of a storm, taken from her bus:

Very moody. Very French! Lady Gaga's European adventure continues all week. She'll be making up her canceled Paris gig tomorrow night. Tweets and twitpics likely to ensue!

With just one photo, Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez can make the Internet go "boom." The two teenage dreams were spotted and snapped looking chummy in Miami this weekend. As you can imagine, a Justin and Selena stroll caused the general public to raise a collective eyebrow.

This is the second time Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez have been photographed socializing. The dynamic duo were spotted wolfing down some pancakes at IHOP in Philadelphia when they both were in town to play the annual Jingle Ball concert.

"Oh my gosh it was just pancakes," Gomez told Us Weekly, when quizzed on the nature of her relationship to he who gives us all Bieber fever. Reps for both stars have insisted this all platonic everything, and people have nothing to get excited about.

Don't know about y'all, but I'm not sure I buy that just yet. They look mighty chummy. Do you think Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez would make a good couple? Let us know in the comments!

Florida's A Day To Remember are good at lots of things: making us laugh (see their funny music videos), making us want to mosh (perhaps even break out the old "picking up change"/floor punch), making us scream along to the loud parts and feel all warm and tender with the soft ones. In the punk-screamo-Warped Tour scene, nobody switches gears and mixes it up like this.

The group's latest release, What Separates Me From You, shows off their growth as songwriters, with songs like "All I Want" and "All Signs Point To Lauderdale" sounding particularly ready for the radio. Despite the shiny new tunes, A Day To Remember, powered by Jeremy McKinnon's dexterous vocals, still knows how to crack a joke and turn up the volume.

Be sure to look out for A Day To Remember on the road in 2011; the band will no doubt be touring incessantly and coming to a town near you.

Check out A Day To Remember's hilarious "I'm Made Of Wax, Larry, What Are You Made Of?" video below and watch them perform an acoustic version of "Have Faith In Me," live at MTV.

Wiz Khalifa's "Black And Yellow" is the surprise hit of 2010. The infectious, unforgettable Pittsburgh anthem pays tribute to Wiz's hometown, using the Pittsburgh Steelers' colors as inspiration for his once-you-hear-it-you'll-never-forget-it chorus.

The success of "Black And Yellow" (which recently got the all-star remix treatment with Snoop Dogg, T-Pain and Three 6 Mafia's Juicy J.) might be the first time many folks have heard the creaky, charismatic musings of Wiz Khalifa, but to underground hip-hop fans it's just the latest in a long line of rap anthems.

With countless solo mixtapes (particularly Kush & Orange Juice) and albums (Flight School) under his belt and a popular collaborative mixtape between himself and Curren$y (How Fly), Wiz Khalifa has been turning heads for a couple of years now.

With a style that splits the difference between skater and hip-hop kid and a flow that adds East Coast lyricism to Snoop Dogg's masterful murmurs, you can see and hear why MTV News named Wiz Khalifa the Hottest Breakthrough MC of 2010. And with his major label debut due out next year, it looks like 2011 will be the Pittsburgh-repping MC's biggest year yet.

See why 2011 will be the year of Wiz Khalifa in the exclusive Buzzworthy interview below. Plus, watch his "Black And Yellow" video and check out MTV.com's Wiz Khalifa photo gallery.

It's almost officially time to call 2010 a wrap, which means it's officially time to look ahead to all of the great new music, artists and bands we'll be hearing lots of in 2011. With the clock ticking down the last days of the year, we've assembled a can't-miss list of artists to watch in 2011. Some of these artists you may know, others you may not, but all of them are sure to be big names in the music scene in the new year. Here goes.

+ Wiz Khalifa: Pittsburgh's pride broke out this year with his Steelers-themed hip-hop anthem, "Black And Yellow." With his major label debut due out next year, look for big things from this skate-rap phenom.

+ A Day To Remember: These screamo funnymen from Florida know how to throw down and make us laugh. Watch their inventive and hilarious video "I'm Made Of Wax, Larry, What Are You Made Of?," and you'll see exactly why.

+ Warpaint: Ethereal, ghostly and utterly unforgettable. This is the new girl-group pop made by a quartet of enigmatic of Los Angelenos.

+ Miguel: This angel-voiced Los Angeles R&B singer has been seducing listeners for the latter part of 2010 with his ballad "All I Want Is You." Referencing the work of D'Angelo, R. Kelly and Prince, he just opens his mouth, and he's a lady-killer. Ask your girlfriend.

+ Graffiti6: The London duo--U.K. producer TommyD and singer/songwriter Jamie Scott--embellish their pop-rock with shades of soul and psychedelia. Their songs have appeared on "Grey's Anatomy" and "CSI: New York."

+ New Politics: Unhinged Danish garage rockers lean toward The Hives. One of the most sensational live acts to come down the pike in quite some time.

+ Middle Class Rut: Forget 2011. Sacramento's Middle Class Rut take us back to the glory days of '90s alt-rock, sounding like an angrier Weezer or a kinder, gentler Rage Against The Machine.

+ Tinie Tempah: Born in Nigeria and raised in London, this Brit MC mixes up U.K. Grime sound with hip-hop and R&B.

+ The Vaccines: Calling to mind some British rock's most-valued exports (My Bloody Valentine, The Smiths, James), this band has made a name for themselves with their gauzy, propulsive indie rock.

And here is how we learn how to take a Native American quilt and turn it into a jacket for Ashley Tisdale. Here we have the "High School Musical" veteran walking around the frozen tundra of... Los Angeles International Airport.

It must have been pretty cold, because ol' Ashley grabbed the first thing out of her closet. It just so happened to be this extremely busy coat with a fur hood. Perhaps she was trying to one-up Ke$ha in the absurd outerwear department. But not nearly enough wildlife inadvertently died to make Tisdale's frock the way they did Ke$ha's symphony of fug.

We don't mean to make fun here. She's probably still a little shaken up over the disintegration of Zac and Vanessa. As we all are! Well...most of us (hi, Nicole!). Anyway, it's always good to see the 'Tis, even if she is all bundled up and hidden behind hater-blockers.

Are those 70 pounds of meat hanging in your closet taking up too much room? Or are the flies they're attracting really cramping your style? Time to feed it to the dogs because we found this CRAZY AMAZING meat dress that's just a tad more wearable than the infamous one Lady Gaga wore to the 2010 MTV VMAs. You're welcome!

Yesterday we clued you in on some "unique" DIY gifts for the Justin Bieber, Katy Perry, Taylor Swift or Kanye West fan in your life... and we were pretty much kidding. But this dress would seriously make an awesome Christmas present.

Even though we're not really up on our bovine biology, we're going to guess that this dress is not anatomically correct. But it doesn't matter because it is anatomically adorable. (Zing!) It does look like everything is where it's supposed to be, though--the ribs are by the ribs, the shoulders are on the shoulders and the rack is definitely... on point.

And let's get real, this might be the only piece of clothing out there that lets you get away with wearing the word "RACK" right on your chest without leading people to believe you find most of your work on Craigslist. That's a win in our book.

Greetings, @followers! It was a little quiet on the Twitter front this week, but we managed to grab some must-read celebrity tweets. Let's recap:

Birthday girl Taylor Swift shared her plans for the tamest 21st birthday in the history of 21st birthdays--pizza and birthday hats with friends. Natalia Kills showed us the coolest ice cubes ever (no pun intended). And Lil Wayne clued us in on what he does in his downtime, which innocently include chips, sweet tea and a movie. Something tells me that's not the full story.

There were also some solid pieces of advice from the Twitterverse this week: Pink warns us that not all words are baby-appropriate, Katy Perry reminds us about the virtues of hard work, and Cee Lo leaves us with this little gem: "Silence is golden, duct tape is...silver." Word, Cee Lo. Word.

Oh, and just in case you were wondering, Justin Bieber is still alive! He cleared that up for us.

Check out all of the celebrity tweets of the week below, and follow us at @MTVBuzzworthy!
