If this whole music thing doesn't work out, Lady Gaga can always fall back on a secondary career in sales. Continuing her whirlwind week, which included a surprise show at the Plaza Hotel's Oak Room in New York City on Wednesday night, Lady Gaga made an appearance yesterday at the Consumer Electronics Show, in Las Vegas, where she proudly presented her signature line of products for Polaroid.
Gaga was brought into the Polaroid fold last year to give the company a bit of Monstrous sizzle, and the fruits of that collaboration will be released under the Grey Label banner.
Gaga hit the stage at CES reportedly an hour late (how rock 'n' roll is that?) and proceeded to present such items as a portable printer that can print smartphone pics and a fancy-pants pair of sunglasses that have cameras in the lenses.
This is all well and good, but if you really want to laugh, just imagine walking into Target or Best Buy, asking for help with a camera and then having our lady of the perpetual Gaga-ness come out to help you. Unreal.
According to Polaroid, the "Grey Label" products should be available in May. Not so coincidentally, that's when Gaga's new album, Born This Way, will drop as well. That's synergy, little monsters.
