Britney Spears has a tendency to inspire some pretty emotional reactions from her fans. And the release of her new single, "Hold It Against Me," has really sprung something of a geyser in the hearts of the Britney faithful.
On Monday, we posted an example of just such a reaction, that of MTV designer T. Kyle MacMahon and his celebration and critique of Britney's "Hold It Against Me" cover art. And now, after trolling the Internet a little, we've found some more reactions that we absolutely have to share with you.
First off, we need to delve into the wondrous comments section of the Oh No They Didn't post about Kyle's Britney art crit on Buzzworthy. For those who don't know, ONTD is one of the most vibrant and dedicated online fan communities. Like... really dedicated. Some of the responses to the "Hold It Against Me" as found in the comments section, are pretty spectacular.
First, there's user "gata_power," who seemed to find some old-time religion in the track: "I've been sick all weekend but the power of the Holy Spearit is so powerful that I actually worked out to this song on repeat today and am so full of energy. PRAISE BE."
Then, user "danceallnight" chimed in with a .GIF of X-Factor judge Cheryl Cole dabbing tears from her eyes and the bedtime prayer, "Thank you Godney. I haven't been able to stop listening to your gift" Mercy!

Finally, there was our favorite, "freakshow_60," who also added a crying .GIF, this time of Sammi Sweetheart from "Jersey Shore" and the statement, "EVERYTIME THE DANCEBREAK COMES I CRY AND FOAM FROM THE MOULTH. SO GOOD. THANK YOU SO MUCH GODNEY FOR THIS BLESSING." Freakshow_60, you should really see a doctor about that. And spell-check the word "mouth." Unless you did mean "moulth."

For far more intense and visceral reactions to Britney, one must go no further than typing in "Britney Spears Hold It Against Me Reaction" into YouTube's search engine. Here are our two faves:
