Let's do some math, class. Awesome Band (No Age) + Awesome Song ("Fever Dreaming") + Awesome Video Director (Patrick Daughters) = Awesome Music Video. See, learning can be fun, after all.
This is the new video from Los Angeles noise-punk duo No Age for their new single, "Fever Dreaming," taken from their awesome newish album, Everything In Between. It's directed by acclaimed auteur Patrick Daughters, whose breakout video for Feist's "1234" established him as a master of one-take music video.
The video takes place in a living room set up in a warehouse space. As the cacophonous anthem builds and builds, so does the chaos within the video. As the camera slowly tracks in, the items in the room seem to self-destruct as soon as they reach the edge of the frame.
It's a thrilling piece of filmmaking for a fantastic song. You can read a really informative and fascinating interview with Daughters about the making of the clip over at Pitchfork. Watch No Age's "Fever Dreaming" video, below. Everything In Between is out now.
