OK, whew. We were worried there for a minute. As you may have read earlier in the week, we felt like Justin Bieber might be entering his difficult, mid-teen funk -- his angry phase, if you will. But, as you can see above, something about Paris (the latest stop on his breakneck promo tour for "Never Say Never") has turned his frown upside down.
You see, first there was the disappointing Grammy night, then he threw shade at Gaga on "Chelsea Lately," then he had a kind of frosty Valentine's Day appearance on "Conan." We were getting a little worried!
Perhaps it was the Messerschmidt exhibit at the Louvre that put a smile on his mug? Maybe he took a tour of the Paris Sewer Museum and thought, "I'm glad I don't live in a sewer." Or perhaps he just woke up this morning and realized, "I'm young, handsome, rich and famous."
Either way, it's nice to see your boy smiling again. We weren't quite ready for Angry Bieber.

We're just going to say it -- Cee Lo's new video for his song "Bodies" off of his latest album The Lady Killer is weird. It's totally cool and you can't take your eyes off of it, but it's also weird. This isn't the fun-loving, multicolored Cee Lo we've all come to know and love -- this Cee Lo is dark and mysterious. Oh, and a murderer.
Shot in "Jankyvision" (something that must mean "animated moving photos"), Cee Lo's "Bodies" starts out with a bang: The opening shot is of a statue of a bald eagle dressed as Buddha playing the drums above a fireplace. (We don't know.) The video, which guest stars Kerry Washington and Janelle Monáe, continues down a rabbit hole of creepiness -- monkeys playing guitars, tigers jumping through flaming hoops, etc. And then Karl Lagerfeld shows up and turns into a switchblade. And then they flash the H&M logo. (Again, we don't know.) All the meanwhile, Cee Lo's gallivanting around town collecting shoes from women he's murdering. I guess "F*** You" just wasn't a strong enough message.
"Bodies" definitely has your daily dose of bizarre covered, but the video is also really unique. The animation is something we haven't really seen before, and as always, it left us anticipating the next video from Cee Lo.

This has been like the biggest week ever for my two favorite music things: (a) DIVAS and (b) INDIE ROCK. Won't you join me in my revelry as I recount the internet's latest and greatest?
1.) You've been hearing about it all week long, but here's the definitive proof: Lady Gaga's new single, "Born This Way," does sound alarmingly like Madonna's "Express Yourself." But Madge is cool with it, so NBD. (BuzzFeed)
2.) I'm not going to say that Weezer sold out, but here is a video of their version of the State Farm jingle. Yes, as in the insurance company. (Stereogum)
3.) This cat had a hard time finding a home because he looks like the Dark Lord, a/k/a, He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named, aka Lord Voldemort from the "Harry Potter" movies. I wish he didn't, but it is what it is. (AOL)
4.) Don't know if you heard, but a little band called Radiohead, or as I like to refer to them, THE GREATEST BAND OF ALL TIME, are putting out an album on Saturday. You can preorder it online for $9. (The King Of Limbs)
5.) In other seminal-indie-rock news, the Flaming Lips have released a single in 12 parts that can only be heard when each part is played simultaneously on 12 different iPhones/computers. I don't have 12 friends (sad face), so you'll have to let me know if it's any good. (Pitchfork)
6.) The big hip-hop beef this week comes courtesy of Lil' Kim seemingly beheading Nicki Minaj on the cover of her new mixtape Black Friday. But then Nicki got on Twitter and was like "whatever." And then Kim was like, "It's not even a beef unless someone gets shot." (Billboard)
7.) Remember that song "Barbara Streisand" from the minds of Legendary NYC house producer/DJ Armand Van Helden and legendary hip-hop/electro DJ A-Trak, who together form the outfit Duck Sauce? Now you can "duck sauce" a version of the song with your name. (Urlesque)
8.) Britney Spears "Hold It Against Me" video premieres tonight on MTV and MTV.com at 9:55 p.m. ET (right before "Jersey Shore"), and I'll just say I've already seen it -- working at MTV kind of rules that way -- and BRIT LOOKS FIERCE. MTV News will be doing a live chat discussing the video starting at 11 p.m. ET on MTV.com, and you should definitely not miss it. (MTV)
9.) HEADLINE: Drunk Baby Trashes Bar, Gets Offered 'Jersey Shore' Spin-Off (Ninemsn)
10.) So that anchorwoman who forgot how to talk, who then everyone started to freak out over because they thought she had a stroke? Turns out, she didn't have a stroke. It was a headache. (ABC, LA Times)

While everyone was trying to guess what Lady Gaga was going to wear to the Grammy Awards this past Sunday for her premiere live performance of "Born This Way," no one expected her to show up in an egg. Furthermore, no one expected her to hatch from said egg sporting a couple fresh pairs of horns. But this is why we love you, Gaga -- you're a lunatic.
We saw our first glimpse of Lady Gaga's horns when she tweeted a photo of the "Born This Way" single cover. We couldn't tell if it was the lighting or our fifth cup of coffee that made it look like she had some...extra skin on her forehead. But then she showed up to the Grammys definitely wearing horns -- on her face and on her shoulders. And this morning, to complement her condom-inspired outfit on "Good Morning America," Gaga selected a more subdued pair of points. Obviously. No need to go overboard.
So it looks like the horns are here to stay, at least for a while, America. And that's cool. We support the whole "Born This Way"/everyone's different/let your freak flag fly thing. But we wonder what else is in store for Gaga's horns. Sequins? Colors? Scents? Wait, never mind! They probably smell like Lady Gaga's perfume.

Maybe I'm preaching to the choir here, but Joe Jonas has always been the fashion icon of the Jonas Brothers. Like, case in point, this pic from 2007 (copped from Buzzworthy's awesome Best Of The Jonas Brothers gallery).

Scarf game? Crushed. But honestly, even with all the previous evidence of his style acumen, none of us could have guessed that dude would have become such a Swag Ness Monster.
The pic at the top of this post is Joe Jonas stalking the streets of Los Angeles, sporting Don Johnson's "Miami Vice" facial hair, a scowl, aviators and a T-shirt with a cheetah on it. Dude looks more like an undercover cop who is about to go shoot some pool than one-third of an all-brother band. And we approve.
You see, the key to being tough is having an air of mystery, and Joe gets that. In every one of the (many) pics taken of him at that moment, Joe...has his hand in his pocket. Which begs so many questions! Is he going for his car keys? Does he have an engagement ring on that he doesn't want us to see? Is his hand bloody because he just beat somebody up over a poker game? The mystery is killing us -- and that's the point!
Check out Joe Jonas (and his bros.) in a slightly less tough pose, in the Jonas Brothers video "Burnin' Up" below.

Here we have Ra Ra Riot's video for the song "Too Dramatic," taken from the group's 2010 album, The Orchard.
For the uninitiated, RRR wrap subtly complex melodies, driven by violin and cello, giving them a sound that resembles a more organic Phoenix. But this band, which originates from Syracuse, N.Y., is possibly most defined by the delicate lead vocals of Wes Miles.
In this clip, Miles makes a big splash, not just with his vocals, but with his Cosby sweater. "Too Dramatic" is a totally lovely and breezy song that coasts along on a insistent beat, while violinist Rebecca Zeller and cellist Alexandra Lawn add layers of melody over the top.
The video is more or less a performance clip, with some appealing special effects thrown in for good measure.

And that's how you act like a famous person, kids. Floppy Kentucky Derby hat (which doesn't actually look that floppy)? Check. Cyclops sunglasses from "X-Men"? Check. Latex dress? Check!
Yep, for one shining moment this morning, Lady Gaga brought the crazy (in a good way) back to Times Square in New York City. The Lady was in midtown, visiting "Good Morning America," and despite the early call time, Gaga went all in on the outfit. No jeggings and Uggs for our girl.
Rather than simply pumping up anticipation for her upcoming album, Born This Way, Gaga was on the morning talk show to promote AIDS awareness. Her latex dress was, in fact, "condom inspired."
Check out another picture of Gaga turning Times Square into her own personal fashion show below. If you want to learn more about Lady Gaga's work for AIDS awareness and what you can do to help, head over to the MAC AIDS Fund site.

OK, gang. Let's get a couple of things straight. Let the record show that we here at Buzzworthy were WAY OUT IN FRONT on this whole "John Mayer Looks Like Johnny Depp" thing. You hear us, Kanye West? Just because you tweet it, doesn't mean we didn't plant our flag on this one first.
Here we have Depp, I mean, Mayer, at LAX. Now, we always like to look at pics of celebs in airports. And we must say, John Mayer is looking rather "Jack Sparrow For J. Crew S/S '11" in this shot. You know when he looks even more like Johnny Depp?

That's right. Nothing brings out the Scissorhands in Mayer like being forced to nearly disrobe for airport security. Seriously, that is uncanny!
What do you think of Mayer's new, goatee-d, "Pirates Of The Caribbean" look? Let us know in the comments.
