Whew boy, the Oscars sure were a snoozefest, huh? Good thing there are way more interesting things going on in the world right now, such as Charlie Sheen! Let's talk about them.
.) No one really knows whether renegade street artist Banksy showed up to the Academy Awards on Sunday. Probably for the best since he didn't win anything, though his nominated documentary "Exit Through The Gift Shop" was a masterwork. Before you Netflix it, and I recommend you do, get to know more of Banky's subversive art. (Vimeo)
.) Speaking of the Academy Awards -- or, as I dubbed them on Twitter, the #Oscarzzzzzzzzz -- James Franco made some funny faces, and Jezebel has archived them for all of us to enjoy.
.) Move over "Glee"! The George Mason University marching band is the new hotness! Evidence: this performance of Rage Against The Machine's "Bulls On Parade." And OMFG don't mess with the girl in the red shirt. She will WRECK you. (Vulture)
.) Rolling Stone is holding a tournament thingy to feature an unsigned musical act on its storied cover. Sixteen bands are up for your vote in the first round, which ends Wednesday, March 2. Personally, I'm feeling the Steelwells, Mod Sun, The Gallery, Romany Rye, Tha Boogie, Ume and The Americans. Wait, that might be everyone. (Rolling Stone)
.) What do you get when you cross a Justin Bieber pun with Photoshop? Bieberpuns. (Tumblr)
.) I bet you didn't know Kermit the Frog was the lead singer of LCD Soundsystem. OK, so he's not, but he lip-synchs a good game in this Muppets live performance of "Dance Yrself Clean." (Stereogum)
.) Charlie Sheen sure is wack-a-doodly-doo, huh? Here's the [WINNING!] ABC interview that birthed a billion Internet memes. (ABC News)
.) And here's my favorite of those aforementioned memes: Charlie Sheen Quotes Presented By Baby Sloths. (Buzzfeed)
.) Last week I pointed you to Adele's amazing performance of "Rolling In The Deep" on the "Late Show with David Letterman." This week Imma point you to Mike Posner's smooth-as-steel cover of Adele's "Rolling In The Deep." (Idolator)
.) This has nothing to do with anything but my mouth: CHOCOLATE-COVERED POTATO CHIP ICE CREAM. It's real! It's happening! Thank you, Jimmy Fallon. Srsly. Thank you. (Rodzilla)
