And today's video is from the mighty Austin, Texas psych rock band The Black Angels, who deliver a moody clip for their song "Haunting At 1300 McKinley."
You know those days when you feel like the city is just out to get you? Well, meet the protagonist of "Haunting At 1300 McKinley." The city is literally out to get him. Tripping him up and knocking him down. The video, directed by Philip Andelman, appears to have been shot in Paris, though 1300 McKinley is an actual address in the band's native Austin.
The Black Angels' sound won't feel unfamiliar to fans of The Black Keys or White Stripes, though The Black Angels hearken back to a kind of psychedelic-blues feel we can never really get nearly enough of.
