Last week, friends and family gathered on the rooftop of the Montage Hotel in Beverly Hills to celebrate a baby shower for Mariah Carey (and hubby Nick Cannon). Actually, make that a babies shower, since the power couple is expecting twins! A boy and a girl.
According to Life & Style, Mariah and Nick's baby shower was all done up in pink and blue, "from the balloons and flowers to the servers' aprons and the napkins." More over, "a 6-foot-long gift table was filled with tiny outfits, books and stuffed animals," the magazine reports. So, y'know, basically just another Sunday for Mimi and Nick.
Reportedly in attendance were some major celebrities, although the list is kind of weird. Penny Marshall? Lorraine Bracco? We can only imagine that between the director of A League Of Their Own and Dr. Melfi from The Sopranos, this strange little cluster of Hollywood royalty sat down with Mariah to figure out baby names that out-weird those of other celebs' kids (like Jason Lee's son, Pilot Inspektor or Sylvester Stallone's son, Sage Moonblood).
