The Black Eyed Peas shot their video for "Just Can't Get Enough" in Tokyo, Japan, just a week before the tragic earthquake and resultant tsunami hit. The video is a surprisingly lo-fi departure for the quartet -- who are usually styled like robot-alien love children from the future -- and strives for a more cinema verité-style peek into their lives on the road. “It was the easiest video I ever shot," Fergie told reporters.
Ease of shooting aside, the devastation that occurred in Japan is clearly not far from the minds and hearts of the Peas. The video is prefaced with a short message from the group:
This video was filmed in Japan one week before the earthquake and tsunami. Our thoughts and prayers go out to all the people of Japan. We love you.
