Fifteen years from now, using the term "OMG" may be as dated as calling someone "Daddy-o" or saying "that's so money" is today. But damn if Far East Movement don't know how to write a catchy club song using whatever acronym they want. On "If I Was You (OMG)," their fourth single from their Free Wired album, the group gets some major help from G-funk godfather and our own Posted artist himself, Snoop Dogg.
Music today has few steadfast rules, but one is this: Adding Snoop to your track, even Auto-Tuned, is an automatic status upper. In "If I Was You (OMG)," the boys (whom we'll forgive for their flexible use of grammar, as it should be if I were you) -- and Snoop run around the club lighting shots on fire before heading over to a girl-on-girl steel cage wrestling match. Yep. Just another Tuesday.
With cameos by model Rosa Acosta and singer Natalia Kills, both Snoop and Far East Movement are clearly in their element, but don't try to emulate them by wearing sunglasses in the club. You need a No. 1 song to get away with that.

Last weekend, Willow Smith was in the UK opening for Justin Bieber on his "My World" tour, singing and dancing through another usual rousing performance of the killer song "Whip My Hair," in which Will and Jada's daughter lets those newly neon yellow braids do the talking (although that shouldn't downplay the fact that the girl's got pipes, too).
Anyway, Justin Bieber, a notorious prankster, shocked the screaming fans by appearing onstage not only to whip his hair back and forth too, but to provide more cowbell, borrowing the old joke from the "Saturday Night Live" sketch. Even if the joke went over the heads of the fans -- who very well may not have been alive when Will Ferrell cracked up a generation (not to mention his fellow cast members) -- Justin Bieber did comedy nerds proud.
Joined onstage by his manager and Swagger Coach (yes, really), The Biebs did an superb job of battling the elements -- Willow's solid, neon yellow braids, that is -- and reminding us that the kid still has an excellent sense of humor. He's already slaughtered on "SNL," so let's hope he makes a cameo sometime soon!

Believe it or not, this is Britney Spears! Back then she was just lil' Britney Jean Spears from Kentwood, y'all. The year was 1998, and our favorite down-home Louisiana girl donned her finest button-up cardigan and pearly white eye shadow (and the most '90s-est brown-toned lipstick EVER) for her first big-time appearance at the Z100 Jingle Ball. All we can say is, wow, what a difference 13 years makes...
Since you seemed to love our Best Of Old-School Britney Spears photo gallery so much, we decided to dig through our archives to see what other gems we could uncover. And seriously? You guys. Are going. To DIE. Seriously, some of these photos of Britney are not only hilarious (see: oversize tennis ball below), but they're also making us a little nostalgic. But in a good, "I'm gonna bust out my copy of ...Baby One More Time" way.

Here Brit's all, "I won an award, y'all! Glad I wore these totally '90s yellow shades to look professional while accepting it!" This also might be her Baby Spice impression.

I have one guess as to what Britney's thinking about during this press conference -- Justin Timberlake.
Ah, the good old days.

How thankful do you think Britney Spears is that she calls the shots at photo shoots these days? "No more oversized tennis balls EVAR!!!"

Guess who still looks like Amy Winehouse! Amy Winehouse! The English phenom was spotted as she headed to the Abbey Road Studios in London to see Taylor Swift perform. One might not necessarily expect the former bad girl (and popular Halloween costume) to show support to America's most pristine pop-country superstar, but Amy Winehouse was anything but predictable.
Wearing her "favorite" sweater dress and the ballet flats she loves so dearly, Amy Winehouse, who did the Snooki poof before it was the Snooki poof, took a more relaxed approach to her hair, but the rest of her body was on full display, including those famous legs -- now a shade of tan you don't regularly see across the pond, considering it's always raining, right? Isn't that why they call it "London Fog"?
We last heard Amy Winehouse was working on an album in summer of 2010 to be released January 2011. But sadly, we haven't seen that come to fruition, except for her masterful cover of "It's My Party." When it comes to blue-eyed soul in the UK, it seems like Adele's got the stronghold right now, but there's room for everybody, including our beloved Amy. Don't forget about us, Amy!

This week, Gwen Stefani donated $1 million to Save the Children's Japan Earthquake-Tsunami Children in Emergency Fund. Basically, Gwen was like, "If I Was A Rich Girl (and I am, thankfully), I'd donate a massive amount of money to help people in need." And it was totally dope of her.
"I've been inspired by Japan for many years and have a true love, appreciation and respect for the Japanese people and their culture. The disaster in Japan is beyond heartbreaking, and I want to do anything I can to help," Gwen Stefani said via a statement on No Doubt's blog. "I would never be able to make a gesture like this without the love and support of all the fans over all these years." The L'Oreal spokeswoman is also selling a limited-edition t-shirt from her Harajuku Lovers line, available next week at the No Doubt website. Proceeds from her T-shirt will also benefit the fund.
We're always in awe of and inspired by Gwen Stefani, and her donation to people in need only inspires us more. If you're inspired to help, check out Act.MTV.com for ways to aid in the earthquake and tsunami relief effort in Japan.

As part of MTV's Indie Music Month, we're premiering videos from some of the most exciting artists in the indie music scene. With the demise of The White Stripes, we needed another boy-girl, guitar-and-drums rock duo ASAP. Today, we're bringing you Brisbane, Australia's An Horse and the new video for their single "Dressed Sharply."
Have you ever drunkenly walked around a city late at night, stumbled upon a psychic and thought, "Yep, that's exactly the best way to spend my money right now"? An Horse's Kate Cooper and Damon Cox can relate -- minus the drunk part -- rushing to the ATM to presumably find out how much success they'll have as an indie rock group.
But don't worry, guys. Getting the "Death" card just means you'll kill 'em with your live show, right? Right?!
An Horse formed in 2008, landing opening slots for Tegan & Sara and Death Cab For Cutie before releasing Rearrange Beds, their debut album, in 2009. Walls, the group's second full-length album, comes out April 26.

If you've recently heard your friends singing "Lemme Smang It" (we first started smangin' it back in October 2010... you always remember your first smang) or "Sex Syrup" and looked at them with a vague, clueless stare, we got you. They're talking about Turquoise Jeep, the hip-hop and R&B crew/record label whose (intentionally?) low-budget videos and sex-filled rhymes have already made them cult heroes.
Turquoise Jeep, comprised of MCs Yung Humma, Flynt Flossy, Slick Mahony and Pretty Raheem and producers Tummiscratch and Whatchyamcallit, released their debut album Keep the Jeep Ridin' last December and "Lemme Smang It," the first single, has already amassed nearly 3 million views on YouTube.
Now the collective, whose songs include "Stretchy Pants," "Licky Sticky" and "Not Your Professor But Your Prosexxor" (brillz!) have inspired legions of fan videos mimicking the group's bargain-basement style and cheeky choreo, and they recently earned an opening slot for Outkast MC Big Boi.
Regardless of the fact that Turquoise Jeep looks like one long Dave Chappelle sketch minus Robot Man (in the good way), try not to think about it too hard. Just go with it. And for good measure, watch their video for "Lemme Smang It" below, and learn how to "Flow With The Floss."

That damn Katy Perry can make any outfit look good! Stepping out of the Lowry Hotel in Manchester, UK, Katy Perry was looking mighty fine in all pastels, rocking some hard-core "sexy librarian" cat-eye glasses. We're almost positive that Katy's vision isn't poor, but it's not as if her going all "four eyes" on us does anything to distract from the fact that she's drop-dead gorgeous. In fact, she somehow gets prettier, which is mind-boggling.
Katy reportedly spent the weekend shopping in London and hanging out with friends while on her European tour. The next stops include Liverpool and Dublin, so maybe that's why she looks so... proper? Granted, Katy Perry's pretty well-known for making wardrobe choices that run a tad more, er, endowed. So to see her step out looking like royalty probably means she's probably just adjusting to her surroundings (and doing it quite well, we may add).
We said it about Justin Bieber, and we'll see it about Katy: Spending time across the pond can really do something to a pop star. Justin Bieber starts driving around in minivans, and now Katy Perry looks ready to arm-wrestle Kate Middleton? What are you doing with our celebrities, UK?

In the past two years, Lady Gaga has been the most searched-for artist on Google, which the search engine's VP, Marissa Mayer, reminded her on Tuesday when the reigning Queen of Pop sat down for an interview at the internet behemoth's offices in California. Lady Gaga, also on hand to promote a tool called Google Moderator, fielded questions from both employees and Little Monsters (some were two in the same). (Side note: There's a "Gaga/Google" joke in here somewhere, right?)
Sporting a black and blond spiraling beehive thing and enormous platform boots with bottlecap sunglasses, Gaga opened up about her internet presence, including her opinion on Rebecca Black: Gaga hadn't yet seen the "Friday" video, but praised Rebecca Black saying, “I think it’s fantastic. I say Rebecca Black is a genius, and anyone that’s telling her she's cheesy is full of s***!” One viral video Gaga does love, though, is "David After The Dentist," and even quotes the dazed tot when she's tired before a performance, asking "Is this real life?"
Gaga also made it abundantly clear that everybody Googles themselves, including pop superstars, and that "any artist who says they [don't] is a big fat liar."
Well, we could've told you that. Or you could've just asked Katy Perry.
