"The world needs Justin Bieber. Justin Bieber is like the white Tupac. Compared to a lot of people." So says Mark Wahlberg, formerly Marky Mark (of the one and only Funky Bunch), speaking THE TRUTH.
Those are strong words coming from such an entertainment powerhouse -- an actor, producer, underwear model, and former rapper (never forget). He last wowed audiences and critics with his star turn in "The Fighter," and now he's eying Justin Bieber for a new movie role. Yes, that Justin Bieber. He told New York Magazine that he pitched the movie to Paramount before talking to the Biebs about it but once he heard about it, Justin "loved the idea... He sent me a video of himself and, yeah, I think he’s really talented.”
C'mon dude, we could have told you that. If you've seen Justin dance or heard him sing even once, you've realized why he's been labeled a "musical prodigy," a multi-faceted musician who went from just your everyday YouTuber to international superstar practically overnight(with some help from mentor Usher). And "Justin Bieber: Never Say Never" already slayed the box office, so if Justin's up for an Oscar next year or something, we won't exactly be surprised.
