Well look at this. Three of pop's biggest acts in the world right now have come together for a remix of Britney Spears' "Till The World Ends." Britney's club banger remains in full swing, but now on board are hip-hop queen Nicki Minaj and party-pop queen Ke$ha. Although a countdown to the single's drop date remains on each artist's website, it seems that the "Till The World Ends" remix has shown up earlier than expected -- but probably just because it was too good to keep in hiding (or because rabid fans no longer will go to the ends of the Earth to get their hands on a leak (see: "Judas").
The "Till The World Ends" remix doesn't veer too far from Britney's original cut, but Nicki opens the song with her usually dramatic flair, dipping into an alter ego (or two), and even taking the time to name-check Ricki Lake. Not mad at that. Ke$ha's vocals -- a signature combination of singing, rapping and Auto-Tune -- amps up the electricity, making "Till The World Ends" somehow more fun than it already is, which is quite a feat, considering Ke$ha wrote the song.
Of course, we're just hoping Nicki Minaj joins Britney every time she performs the song this summer. And we're hoping for a video. And we're hoping for a feature film. Maybe a line of "Till The World End" remix-branded clothing? Too much?

Guys, we ask you: Does this look like the face of a criminal?
Lindsay Lohan has been sentenced to 120 days of jail time at Lynwood Correctional Facility for probation violation.
The star of the upcoming "Gotti" film was sentenced to 120 days in jail after violating her parole.
Lindsay, who was accused of stealing a $2,500 necklace from a Venice, California, jewelry store in January, has also been ordered to to complete 480 hours of community service; 360 of those hours must be performed at the Downtown Women's Center, and the remaining 120 hours will be served at the L.A. County morgue.
Lindsay! While we hope the community service will serve you well, we confess that we wish we could take a time machine back to the era when "exhaustion" was your biggest issue. When instead of jail, you went to the serenely named Promises to regain control and a zen outlook on life. Just think, if Regina George doesn't have patience for anyone failing to wear pink on Wednesdays, what would she say about a prison-issued jumpsuit? We're hoping that you lock it up (this questionable behavior) literally AND figuratively and get back on track.
We're rooting for you, Lindsay.

Beyoncé has been living it up in Paris recently. First, she was spotted at Disneyland Paris wearing a Goofy hat (no, not a "goofy" hat, a Goofy hat -- with the ears, you know?). Now she's following things up by bringing out the "glammo," prettying up (not a difficult task when you're Beyoncé) for a photo shoot that found her giving her best "Evita face." We're not sure if she was necessarily tipping her hat, so to speak, to Madonna's portrayal of Eva PerĂ³n, but she sure does make a strong case for a remake.
Once again, Beyoncé proves that she can wear anything, including a see-through skirt and bustier covered in what looks like half a bushel of rose petals. If she can make a Goofy hat look beautiful, dressing like the onetime first lady of Argentina is basically a cakewalk. Of course, we'd be more than happy to hear Beyoncé sing "Don't Cry For Me, Argentina," considering she's already crossed "Dreamgirls" off her list of Famous Musicals To Conquer.

We've had "Pumped Up Kicks," the standout track from MTV PUSH Artist of the Week Foster The People, stuck in our heads since its release last year. Now, with the upcoming release of the L.A. indie rock group's debut LP Torches, it's time to bring you up to speed on this rapidly ascending group.
In 2010, the group's three-song EP started making the rounds on countless blogs, fueled by the popularity of "Pumped Up Kicks" on The Hype Machine. A series of well-received South By Southwest shows solidified the group's official buzz band status. Since then, they've spent the rest of the year touring and working on material for their proper debut, which has earned early comparisons to psychedelic soul artists MGMT.
We've got a ton of interviews for those of you still unfamiliar with your soon-to-be musical obsession: check out the guys discussing the loose nature of their songwriting process and see which romantic tearjerker drummer Mark Pontius watches when he has writer's block. In the second video, the band waxes on their influences, drawing on everything from electronic music to Beach Boys to Motown. "We're always on the verge of experimenting with different sounds," says lead singer Mark Foster. "Electronic music is so versatile like that... Part of the fun of it is trying to come up with sounds that people haven't heard before."
Finally, "120 Seconds" host Matt Pinfield got Foster on the chair to grill him on the band's success, Twin Shadow and his own listening habits. Oh, and there's a group discussion about clarinet battling with Kenny G., but you kinda just need to see that one for yourself.

Nicole Scherzinger was photographed filming her new music video for "Right There" off her upcoming album, Killer Love, in Los Angeles. And is it just the air in here, or does the former Pussycat Doll look eerily like an adult version of widdle Willow Smith? Nicole rocked some genie pants, leather boots, a whole lot of bracelets and an enormous, braided ponytail that was just begging to be whipped back and forth, à la Willow herself.
We're not saying that Nicole is taking cues from a 10-year-old, but we're not saying that would be a bad idea, either, considering that Willow is -- even at her young age -- already a style icon. And with Nicole finally ready to break out on her own (and why shouldn't she, considering she can sing and dance like a pro, and her time is way overdue?), modeling her wardrobe after someone already leading the pack would surely be a bold move in the right direction.
Needless to say, we were pretty happy to actually find pics of Nicole whipping her hair back and forth, this time in some sort of sexy Southwestern shaman getup that only makes us more excited to see the Pussycat Doll finally claw her way into back into the zeitgeist.

Haven't you ever wondered what your cat does all day when you're not home? Or what you look like from his perspective? Just me? OK, fine. #forevercatlady
No seriously, there's no way I'm the only one that's ever wondered what a cat's view of the world is because cat cams exist. Yep, cat cams: automatic cameras that your feline friends can wear around their necks to document what's going on around them.
Seminal '90s indie rockers Superchunk have realized what UTTER GENIUS this is and made the best music video ever incorporated a cat cam into their newest video, "Crossed Wires," off their Majesty Shredding album. Only this cat really gets around -- bars, strip clubs, puking, etc. And he's not even the tiniest bit guilty when he gets home. That Superchunk would create a cat-themed video is both excellent AND unsurprising considering they put out an album entitled No Pocky for Kitty.
We do have to say that we couldn't mention the "Crossed Wires" video without mentioning the O.G. cat of cat cams: Cooper, aka "Photographer Cat," an orange American Shorthair who travels around with a camera strapped to his neck that takes a photo every two minutes. His pictures are so popular that he even has his own book. Photographer Cat, 1; your photojournalism degree: 0.
+ Watch Superchunk's "Crossed Wires" kitty masterpiece video. And, naturally, watch its predecessor, Holy F***'s "Red Lights" video, which is up for an O Music Award for Best Animal Performance! And because it's Flashback Friday, watch Superchunk's 1997 "Watery Hands" video, featuring David Cross and Janeane Garofalo.

Last week, we brought you footage from MTV Posted duo New Boyz, who headed down to Australia and sacrificed the contents of their stomachs for a good show. (Literally, they barfed.) This week, New Boyz are stateside and, as you'll see in the below videos, they're rolling up on scooters and are also ready and able to explain the deep philosophical and metaphorical subtext of their hit song "Backseat" to a local radio station.
That giant La Vela billboard tells us this scooter video was taken in Panama City Beach, Florida, that club-friendly Spring Break city that's the perfect backdrop for New Boyz' party-centric brand of hip-hop. And no matter how famous you are, it's probably impossible to grow weary of seeing your face lit up on a giant video billboard while driving around on scooters and cursing.
In the second video, New Boyz hit up a radio station to discuss "Backseat," the second single from their upcoming second album, Too Cool to Care. "It's just an anthem for kicking it in the backseat," says Legacy, before revealing that the duo had to tone down the song and change the original title from "Do It In the Backseat." Thankfully, good taste prevailed. We can only assume "it" meant board games and license plate poker.

It's Friday, it's the freakin' weekend, and it's also Flashback Friday, in which we revisit a forgotten video from the MTV video vault.
Sure, people like to call out the '80s as the decade so unapologetically garish they made the next decade look like a Vogue spread. But the '90s had some messed-up ish happening too. Mediatate on this: frosted tips, belly chains, ribbed sweaters, cargo pants and -- worst of all -- Pogs! Granted, there were no pogs in *NSYNC's 1999 music video for "(Thinking Of You) I Drive Myself Crazy," but there was, indeed, some very offensive '90s hair (and a cameo from Elisa Donovan of Clueless fame).
The whole "One Flew Over The Cuckoo Nest" theme -- a light interpretation of the song's title, to say the least -- is pretty funny. Padded cells, strait jackets and an insane asylum where the patients are all wearing enormous silk pajamas? It's very M.C. Hammer-sanitarium chic.
The video is pretty run-of-the-mill as far as music videos from the bubblegum pop explosion era go, but it's still unsettling to see things like Justin Timberlake with that weird haircut. He was by no means the only dude sporting damp, bleach-blond curls, but he was probably the most famous. And did Chris Kirkpatrick wear beaded dreads because that was how you showed you were "weird" 11 years ago? You just know A.J. McLean was rolling somewhere in Orlando, rolling his eyes the first time he got a glimpse of that.
Nevertheless, the boys did something right. Even Joey Fatone knew how to pout properly for all the clamoring girls who would have paid in blood to join the boys inside that enormous padded cell. And, eventually, they came out with "Gone," which was not only a mature step musically, but a peek into how Justin Timberlake would quickly become a sexy grown-up solo superstar devoid of all... wet curls.
