Don't look now, Andy Samberg, but there's a giant Rick Ross behind you about to chomp down on your head with several rows of giant shark teeth! The unlikely pair re-created the iconic "Jaws 2" movie poster on the cover of Complex magazine's June/July issue, which boasts the "first real rap interview" with Samberg's comedy hip-hop trio, Lonely Island.
In their Complex interview, the Lonely Island guys (who are hot, I must add) discuss their sophomore album, Turtleneck And Chain, as well as their preferred studio environment. "We like the atmosphere from '80s action movies like "Cobra,"" Samberg said. "You wanna be on the mic believing that doves might fly through at any moment…and then gunfire." They also make sure we know they're under no delusions about their "street cred." "If you can get lower than zero, then we have lost street cred," according to Samberg.
