JOE JONAS! WHY MUST YOU CONTINUE TO TEASE US SO!??
Joe Jonas' "See No More" debut solo single won't hit radio until June 3 (and iTunes on June 13), but Joe Jonas dropped a bombshell of a teaser video, in which you can hear a teensy tiny, Frankie Jonas-size few bars of the song. Come ON, Joe. In the parlance of boy bands past, quit playing games with our hearts, OK?
The video shows Joe in one of those serious quick-glimpses-of-a-celebrity's-crazy-life situations. Like one of those suspenseful, somewhat stressful montages you see on those ESPN shows about sports guys who worked hard, overcame adversity and trained for the big day. Sadly, we do not see Joe Jonas pumping iron or jumping rope or whatever. We are, however, treated to a lot of Joe Jonas modeling, mixing and making music, and spending long nights in the recording studio. So in a way, it kinda is like one of those sports training videos, minus the gross sweat and pointless cheerleaders.
I haven't personally heard all of "Say No More," but Nick Jonas has. (Lucky!) Joe's been working with producer Danja, Frankmusik and Chris Brown, so expect a far more adult, urban, electro experience, which is a marked departure from Jonas Brothers' croony, doe-eyed ballads and up-tempo pop rock. What I'm saying is that Joe Jonas is a sex symbol, and you're going to dance to it.
Joe Jonas' debut album is called Fastlife and will be released Sept. 6. But really, it needed to come out, like, yesterday.
